This fish was great for my bacalao recipe. The taste was absolutely awesome. The price is perfect too. I’ll buy it again for sure.

Excellent taste, very fresh and flash frozen, and at a super reasonable price. Baked, fried, or used in ceviche it is so tasty. Mixed with shrimp and tomatoes make great cevich.

I was pleasantly surprised at this cod. The texture is firm, not mush like some frozen fish. The taste is mild. Holds up well on a grill or pan cooking. Great for fish stew.

These Member's Mark Cod Loins were a really nice size compared to most frozen cod I've purchased in the past. Reasonably priced as well

My wife air-fried Members Mark Cod today & it was absolutely amazing. So moist & flavorful!!! Absolutely the best !

These cod loins are delicious. They're thick, meaty and tasty. I can bake or fry them without them falling apart. Will definitely purchase again and again.

This fish is okay. I expected better. I usually buy the Walmarts brand but for time and convenience I purchased this will at Sams. Now the cuts are thick I cut the in half. But the turn off were the red lines in the fish. I stop eating Krogers brand because of this. I google it: could be veins or worms. Also it is more expensive, no worms/veins in Walmarts.

They are not boneless which can be dangerous to people. I cooked them tonight and found numerous bones.

Living in AZ, it appears this is the best I can find. These are NOT the thick square loins, but the pieces in between loin and fillet, end pieces. Some have too much dark flesh on them. It's hard to see, but check your package. If not the dark flesh, they are tasty and, yes, full of water. Not many stores around here even carry the loins and when they do, they are pricey! Not one piece in this package is the quality of the "Icelandic" brand (?) loins I'm used to. Imo, these are overpriced, because they aren't quality loins. I'm a bit miffed about the quality since this is the sole reason I joined Sam's Club.

The cod fillets were hard. There were bones in them and totally tasteless. It was horrible horrible fish.
