[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Cinnamon supplement to try and help my glucose levels. Having Type 1 diabetes I am always looking for an answer to controlling my glucose. I was happy to read on the label that it also contained Magnesium and Chromium-to support circulatory and heart health, after I was hospitalized for CHF a couple years ago. These are vegetarian capsules with no additives, which is good to hear. Just 2 capsules a day, although they are larger they are easy to swallow. Members Mark is a brand I have been satisfied with, and I like the idea of a number on label to answer my questions or just to comment on.

Good stuff. Cinnulin PF is a water soluble extract that leaves out coumarins. This supplement isn't plain ground up cassia cinnamon.
