I had to take immediate action. I asked my doctor about cinnamon after researching products that were helpful in reducing blood glucose. 4 days after starting these cinnamon supplements my glucose was way down in the 200's and now after several months I am taking the cinnamon with my other supplements (B12, D3 and C) and my glucose levels are in the 120s steadily. The capsules are consistent in size, easy to swallow and take with a meal (usually the one that you anticipate to be the highest carb meal of the day) I realize that everybody is different but I would highly recommend this product to maintain and keep healthier.
