[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fine glucose-wise for a lot of years until last year and I had my A1c checked, and it came back at 12.0 and glucose at 600+. I had to take immediate action. I asked my doctor about cinnamon after researching products that were helpful in reducing blood glucose. 4 days after starting these cinnamon supplements my glucose was way down in the 200's and now after several months I am taking the cinnamon with my other supplements (B12, D3 and C) and my glucose levels are in the 120s steadily. The capsules are consistent in size, easy to swallow and take with a meal (usually the one that you anticipate to be the highest carb meal of the day) I realize that everybody is different but I would highly recommend this product to maintain and keep healthier.

I was told it is good for your immune system and also can level out your blood sugar. Since I've been told I'm pre-diabetic I started taking the capsules. Having Type 1 diabetes I am always looking for an answer to controlling my glucose. I was happy to read on the label that it also contained Magnesium and Chromium-to support circulatory and heart health, after I was hospitalized for CHF a couple years ago. These are vegetarian capsules with no additives, which is good to hear. Just 2 capsules a day, although they are larger they are easy to swallow. Members Mark is a brand I have been satisfied with, and I like the idea of a number on label to answer my questions or just to comment on.
