I have heard that cinnamon supplements help with managing blood sugar. That was why I wanted to give this product a try. It is easy to take; there is no taste and flavor at all; I have no issue at all. Taking 2 capsules a day with a meal, in hope that along with my diet and exercise, I will be able to keep my blood sugar in normal range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fine glucose-wise for a lot of years until last year and I had my A1c checked, and it came back at 12.0 and glucose at 600+. I had to take immediate action. I asked my doctor about cinnamon after researching products that were helpful in reducing blood glucose. 4 days after starting these cinnamon supplements my glucose was way down in the 200's and now after several months I am taking the cinnamon with my other supplements (B12, D3 and C) and my glucose levels are in the 120s steadily. The capsules are consistent in size, easy to swallow and take with a meal (usually the one that you anticipate to be the highest carb meal of the day) I realize that everybody is different but I would highly recommend this product to maintain and keep healthier.
