My bad. I thought these would dissolve in my mouth but they don’t. If you do try to dissolve and not swallow capsule, they taste horrible.

Good stuff. Cinnulin PF is a water soluble extract that leaves out coumarins. This supplement isn't plain ground up cassia cinnamon.
