I was interested in this product as I've always heard that cinnamon was great for both of the above. They have magnesium in the tablets as well. I was taking another supplement and stopped. The taste is not bad and since it's a capsule it goes down easy. I like the fact that it's a vegetarian product as well. Anxious for my next check up in August to see the difference!
