I am always being watched by my doctor for diabetes because my father had it and I take these cinnamon supplements and they’re supposed to work on your A1c score which -6.4 which seven is diabetic. So in about two months I’m going to take another A1c test and see if it helps.

It's easy to swallow. It smells like genuine cinnamon. I ate a late lunch. I ate bread which typically raises my blood sugar. My symptoms of shaking and that feeling of extreme fullness, from a raised blood sugar, appeared to be minimized after I had taken 1 capsule with each meal during a full day. So far I'm impressed with this cinnamon supplement
