When you open the bottle the only thing you smell is a light odor of cinnamon. There are no dyes ir artificial flavors. I like the idea that it is good for your circulatory system and heart health.

I am always being watched by my doctor for diabetes because my father had it and I take these cinnamon supplements and they’re supposed to work on your A1c score which -6.4 which seven is diabetic. So in about two months I’m going to take another A1c test and see if it helps.
