We’ve had this playset for seven years. Kid craft was really good about helping us find replacement parts for the twisty slide and as we are selling it now they have two more that need to be replaced. Other than that it has survived neighborhood kids for 7 years!

We bought this for a local outdoors club, and it didn't last one (1) season. Let me start with the fact that it is made of the cheapest and lightest wood possible. The "instructions" were horrible at best. After 8 hours of 6 guys working to put this together and having to go for more hardware. It was finally up. The first weekend, the plastic slide ripped through the screws holding it on. The next weekend, the tube slide literally broke in half with a small child inside it. The canopy/roof ripped off with a slight wind. $1500 thrown away. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your money on this piece of garbage.

I am missing the tube slide instructions as well. Very frustrating! Can I get them online anywhere?

This play set is the biggest piece of garbage I’ve ever spent money on. Wood splitting and chipping during assembly. Screws rounding off with included bit. Very low quality wood and screws. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Total waste of money. I’ve had it a year blew over in one big gust of window the roof ripped off. Doors broken canopy is broken. Total crap quality.

Great Sturdy Playset! Kids Loving it! Fyi - assembly takes forever - my advice is to pay for assembly and not do it yourself!

We love this playset. It's very well made. I see lots of years of enjoyment ahead.
