Nice swing set. Would be better if there was another way besides just the rock wall to get up it. Also, I’ve had it up 2 months and it’s already got mold on the side. I’m guessing their stain isn’t super durable. I’m in PA and it’s summer.

I was skeptical when I opened the boxes and saw all the thin pieces of wood. I was afraid it was going to be flimsy (even as I was building it), but once it is together it is very solid! I took advice from some of the other reviews and sorted all of the wood and hardware page by page. It took about 5 hours to sort it all, but saved SO much time when assembling. The tornado slide is very time consuming, but they did send separate hardware and directions that is supposedly easier than the previous directions and hardware. It came in 6 boxes (box 6 is the striaght slide), and none of it was in order. I had to hunt through boxes for boards and hardware for each page. My stepdad and I were able to assemble everything except the tornado slide in about 9 hours. The slide took an additional 4 or so hours. From sorting to finished product, it took about 18 hours. Overall, I recommend this swingset!

Buying this play set has been nothing short of a headache. We purchased this play set TWO MONTHS ago and are still unable to use it. It was first delivered to us damaged right off the truck. It took over a month to get the replacement piece after I hounded them by calling continuously. Mind you the piece that was damaged was the main frame for the entire house portion. We spent hundreds of dollars leveling and preparing our yard which took two full weekends to do. We finally started building the play set and got about 90% done only to find out the piece we received DOES NOT WORK!! The opening dimensions to insert the windows and doors are TOO SMALL! How is that not something that is quality checked prior to sending it out?! Neither company has been willing to make it right, we are told they will just send another replacement part. They want to us to completely disassemble the already built play set to replace the main frame that they sent faulty and rebuild it. That is NOT okay. That completely compromises the integrity of the structure before we ever got a chance to use it. Not to mention all the time undoing and redoing what was already done. Not happy with either company and do not recommend. Spare yourself the headache.

We bought this 2 years ago and it has been great and well loved by our now 5 year old son! However if you are looking to have this for a long period of time don't buy. The tube slide is literally falling apart. The brackets are breaking in rows and our son has not gained much weight he is still very tiny for his age. The maintenance has been upkept and taken care of well as we look to keep this for longer than what we have. Very saddened by the fact it is falling apart and we can not find replacement parts. It is like pulling teeth to find how to order parts. Ugh!!!!

Well Sams said I couldn’t post my last review because it didn’t meet there guidelines. I guess you can only post nice things, so since I have nothing nice to say about this product I will just say don’t buy it unless you want to be disappointed. The items Sams says I can’t bring up in my post are why I wouldn’t purchase again! I have to say it is interesting you can’t post a review that directs business away, that tells me that all the Sam’s club reviews are skewed to only post the good ones. So I will not be buying anything except groceries from Sam’s club now since I can’t trust the reviews I read! We got this as a Christmas gift for the kids and all I have to say is it’s not worth the money. I know swing sets are expensive and this may be on the cheaper side compared to some but The swing set is not good quality at all. I wouldn’t recommend. Also it was so complicated to put together due to Slots that were supposed to have pre-drilled holes did not have any and we are missing the very bottom piece of the swirl slide. On top of that it seems like neither slide will last long. Could be wrong but I highly doubt it.

We bought this nearly 2.5 yrs ago for our 4 and 8 yr old. I paid to have it professionally assembled and I did modify it slightly to strengthen the swing area. But so far the set has held up great! I have no complaints and my kids use this swing-set all of the time. Best overall value out there in my opinion.

We had some handymen put it together...the kids love it!

The tubular slide is coming apart after little use. We have small grandkids also. I ordered replacement parts and they aren't even the correct ones. Do not recommend.
