Cake was delicious. The female employee that put in my order ( I didn’t know how to order on line) was OUTSTANDING !!!

Careful ordering online. Even though you pick a store you want to pick the cake up from, the program sends the order to your home store.

Cake (when finally ordered) was good but the new requirement to do it ONLINE, especially since I was back at the bakery was ridiculous and resulted in me having to ask the bakery staff THREE TIMES questions on how to do it online.

We ordered a full sheet cake for our son’s graduation party. It was whipped cream toppings. Cake tooked so good, everybody loved the test also. It is so much cheaper than any other store.

We placed an order for a large sheet for my wife's retirement party. We were contacted early to let know when the cake would be ready for pickup. It was ready on time for the scheduled date and it was delicious.

CAKE WAS GOOD BUT THE BLACK DYE WAS AWFUL. IT STAINED EVERYTHING. WE EXPECTED IT TO HAVE THE COLOR BUT NOT THE HORRIBLE TRANSFER. ORDERED IT TO GO WITH THE PARTY THEME BUT WON'T AGAIN.

Our school orders these sheet cakes once a month for staff birthdays. They are beautifully decorated and taste Divine!! We look forward to them each month!

I've ordered the same cake from Sam's Club every 3 to 6 months and it has always been amazing. The cake i picked up on Thursday, was horrible! And this was after they tried to fix it.

The cake was made nice and moist and freshly baked that same morning that I was suppose to pick it up at 12:00 noon. I would definitely buy this cake again for the price and size it worked out perfectly for my event.

Great texture, great taste. I’ve gotten custom cakes using a photo several times over the years and they have always come out nicely. Sam's never disappoints in their bakery.
