Cake tasted wonderful It was for my dear friends birthday 105th. Got her cake last year at 104 told it was free due to being over 100. Again told it would be free this year but changed had to order online. Got charged, bakery told me it would be taken off day I picked it up. Guess what picked it up now told that was only for 100th birthdays!!!!!!

The cake was delicious. My main complaint was the custom writing that I requested on the cake. It was off-centered, letters were off-sized, did not look professional at all. It seems as though this particular Sam's Club (Oakwood, GA) should spend some time training folks how to write messages on the cake or hire people with experience. Another concern is the lack of icing color options. I am very hesitant to order a cake with a message on it from them in the future due to these issues.

Was not happy with the service that was rendered on 6/22 the cake was not ready for pick had to wait for someone to put the picture on the cake that was submit when ordered. A young lady put a 4x6 picture on full sheet cake and said that’s the best she can do.

The process of ordering the cake was quick and easy. However, not able to customizes ordes based on color schemes or designs the way you can in the store. Hopefully, the process will get better soon or I may have to come up with another solution for ordering cakes. I order very often but I live too far away from the store to go in to order a cakes that often and my store is no longer accepting orders over the telephone.

I had hair on my white sheet cake for my dads 72nd bday party and when i called to let them know.they just laughed at me like all the money i paid out didnt matter and when someone else got on the phone i was told i couldnt get a refund without bringing the cake bk in even though the party was in 20 minutes with 100+ people waiting for it. Very very disappointed with how i was treated considering all the money i spend there

Need a "comment" box on the order form. If you are ordering a custom cake, chances are you may need to explain EXACTLY what you are wanting- check boxes only with online ordering being the only option doesn't allow this. Was ordering a "pink & blue" baby cake but texting could only be ordered in 1 color; also needed a few inches of "open space" left on the upper corner to place baby decor but check boxes didn't allow this either . Not sure on-line ordering as the ONLY option will allow the same great service I have always received from our Sams bakery. I did call the local bakery and they were able to leave my open space I needed and was the same GREAT personality/service I have always received from them

Asked for whipped topping for my husband Birthday cake. They put regular topping on the cake. I called several times to talk to a manager and explained to them my concern. They took my information about it and said they would check it out and call me back. It never happened . Very disappointed. It’s disappointing to pay for something you ordered and it turns out wrong.

Cake was good but you have to order everything in line. The girl was helpful but I never checked and neither did she what store. I went to pick up and it was at a different store. Not a fan of ordering online. There were a few older people that wanted to order and they didn’t because they don’t know how. So sad it has come to this

The cake was great, pretty cake and was actual very good tasting. When I went to pick the cake up at my scheduled time it was ready and everything was great, however, I decided to get something from the concession stand and was not allowed to walk up and order food. Sam's has changed to app only ordering and this made it very difficult and actually made the process slower. There is no way to pay cash and I had a problem logging into my account to order. There should at least be the option of ordering at the register as you are checking out with other purchases.

The cake in the book, looked like balloon decorations were gonna be all around the cake, when I received the cake, not one balloon around the cake. The balloons were decorated on with frosting and the cake was for a female and the decoration had 2 blue balloons, you'd think that they would, at least put a pink balloon on it. The taste of the cake was very good though.
