The ladies did an AMAZING job on my custom cake! It was also about twice the size I thought it would be, which was great! The downside is that the cake was literally dropped while singing happy birthday to my 4 and 13 year old boys :-( The price was great for the size of the cake (until it got dropoed, lol)

This was a horrible experience. I picked up my order hours before the event and it was not what I asked for. Bakery personal shifting blame and very unhelpful. Manager offered a $10 refund but that did not rectify the problem. Maybe its my fault for putting too much faith in industlized mass production.

The process of ordering the cake was quick and easy. However, not able to customizes ordes based on color schemes or designs the way you can in the store. Hopefully, the process will get better soon or I may have to come up with another solution for ordering cakes. I order very often but I live too far away from the store to go in to order a cakes that often and my store is no longer accepting orders over the telephone.

I ordered a cake for my mother‘s hundredth birthday luncheon. She passed away last year, but we went ahead with the party. The cake ordered from Sam’s Club was a white cake with butter frosting. The design was wonderful. I picked the cake up on Friday morning. We had the party on Friday night when we cut the cake. The cake was falling apart very disappointed. I’ve had Sam’s cakes so many times and they are so delicious but I don’t know what happened to. This one was not happy.

A full sheet for a coworker's retirement lunch. Perfectly soft, sweet, moist! In an office with less than 30 in attendance, there was not one piece left. Some had not seconds but thirds, 2 slices for the celebrant to take home and the last few slices being fought over, in the most work friendly way of course.

Our church had been purchasing sheet cakes from grocery stores for years for over twice the price of Sam’s sheet cakes. I was a bit worried trying something new with so many critics ready and willing to voice their opinions. I didn’t have to worry at all! The cake was wonderful and everyone enjoyed it. I also cannot say enough about the outstanding bakery staff at the Deptford, NJ store. I goofed a couple of things but they treated me with kindness and respect. I will definitely use this bakery for my future needs.

Dislike the new process of ordering online. This new process of ordering online decreases the options that used to be offered for decorations. Was so much easier coming in the store selecting what I wanted and how I wanted it decorated. This was a downgrade in service if you ask me. The new processes makes the decorated cake look cheap and plain. Lack of care goes into these now but I guess you now get what you pay for. These cakes used to meet expecations not so much anymore amd we have been ordering several cakes from Sams for over 20 years.

It was not the cake icing that I had purchased. I want buttercream trimming and whip icing on the layer. It was all buttercream. The manager was quite nasty and kept telling me the same thing when I phoned the deli to let them know. Not at all professional. By the time our phone call concluded, I was less satisfied with the cake I purchased and more upset with the way I was handled. I would like to discuss this phone call with the store superior. I'm grateful.

The cake was great. Icing was so good. The little hard balls should not be used as part of the decorations. Was disappointed when you are lomited on the amount of name we could add. Bug the cake was great everyone emjoyed it. It was ready when requested. No problems wuth check out was pre paid. Will be back for more cake.

The cake in the book, looked like balloon decorations were gonna be all around the cake, when I received the cake, not one balloon around the cake. The balloons were decorated on with frosting and the cake was for a female and the decoration had 2 blue balloons, you'd think that they would, at least put a pink balloon on it. The taste of the cake was very good though.
