On line ordering is very confusing. I had to go to the bakery dept. and have the girl order it for me on my phone. She was very helpful. I'm older and do not usually use a computer or phone. The order was fine. Just as I ordered. Even though I had a time line to pick it up I was never sent a message that it was ready until after I had already picked it up. Thank you.

Love how easy it is to order online. We get all our "company" cakes from Sam's Club. Cannot beat the price and the cakes are always moist and delicious. We only get butter cream icing so I cannot vouch for the whipped cream icing. We don't get designs, we just get flowers and or balloons with writing, so I cannot vouch for designs. We always get full sheets and have never been disappointed.

I had a little mixup in the beginning but it was quickly resolved. It was exactly what I ordered and got rave reviews on the texture and taste of the cake 🍰. Thank you! 😊

Yes I was very satisfied with my order. When I received a call from Sam's bakery telling me that the machine was broken to put son picture on cake. It was his 10th Year Memorial and I was so disappointed. But they call back with good news they fixed it! God is good. Thanks to Sam's bakery ❤️ much love....

The newest way of ordering a cake is upsetting! Having to go to Sam’s Club app/ website is challenging. Not everyone has the app. Not everyone has access to Internet such as people who live in rural areas. What is happening to people who need jobs? I went to the store to pick up a cake that I had to order for another family member & there was one person in the bakery at 4:00 in the afternoon. I placed the order on the Sam’s Club app. and when I hit the button to place the order, it only showed me a plain white sheet cake. I was confused if what I wanted on the cake, was even what I would be getting so I had to call the store to ensure what I paid for is what I was actually getting. I would like to see Sam’s Club go back to the old way of getting a cake ordered & giv back jobs.

The marble cake was dry and wasn't very good. I'm use to it being extremely moist and tasty. Was very disappointed that we can no longer get half white and half chocolate cake, especially for a full sheet cake. Cake wasn't ready at the time i request it.

There isn’t a lot option to order a cake online. Can’t choose the right colors for my cake. And can’t leave a detailed comment/ message in the comment box. Need more characters!!!!! Horrible service and online ordering. They need to start back placing orders face to face.

Cake was dry not moist. Custom order not what was discussed. Custom picture did not cover full sheet cake as instructed and ok'd with two different workers. Picture on cake was faded. Noone called to inform of problems. Found problems when picked up. Workers said the picture would cover entire cake but only covered about a 7x5 area.

The cake tasted fine, but it was completely wrong. I do not like the new on-line ordering system. It is very limited and confusing. I ordered a white cake with white icing and no decoration and got a white cake with white icing and red and yellow roses. This was for a wedding, so fortunately, the bride was not upset and they served the cake from the kitchen.

You can only order a cake online, and the program is not user friendly. You cannot align the writing as you want it on the cake; which leaves the cake decorator to have common sense. My cake was not written out right. Here's how it read: 1st line: Happy Anniversary; 2nd line: Debra; 3rd line: Employees last name 25 years. (I didn't use the last name)
