Please tell Bre thank you for helping with our cake order! She was very patient and answered all our questions. She even brought out a piping bag with icing to show us the color that we were trying to decide on. This is a review of the customer service only since we have not picked up our cake yet, but shout out to BRE!!!!

Beautiful and delicious cake! But it's annoying that the details of your order (e.g., message, flavor, etc.) aren't visible after reviewing and submitting to the bakery. That info should at least be viewable on the online receipt. However, the marble full sheet cake was a hit!

Ordered for a graduation party. The bakery called me to ensure they understood exactly what I wanted because we didn't specify much color, and she offered to add a touch of sprinkles for contrast. It was ready on time and decorated beautifully. I consider myself picky about the taste of cakes, and it was delicious! And you cannot beat the price. Would order again for sure!

I was very disappointed in July I couldn’t order a cake at my local Sam’s Club. Due to a cake limit per day, sure HS graduations had a lot to do with that. I ordered online had to go to Eagan the day of my party and that cake was excellent! That cake was so delicious, and so moist every body commented on it after a full meal. I actually called and sent a special thank you to the bakery.

Highly recommend!! Taste was great. Vety moist. Icing perfect. It was ready on time. It was big enough and the price was excellent for such a large cake. It was easy to design. I had a great experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because a name was misspelled.

The cake decorator called me early on the day of pick up with her suggestions to the cakes. She didn’t pressure me and said I didn’t have to change them. She waited until I arrived so I could see what her suggestions were and I approved. I’m so glad I did. The cakes looked fantastic!

I showed up about an hour early, and it were people waiting at the bakery atea. They wete behind because someone did not show up. I dont know her name, but she was very sweet and continued to serve everyone. Yes, some people got upset because they thought they should of gotten their cake/cupcakes before others. She did not lose her cool and was very professional. The cake was a hit at our chuch gathering for our senior citizens.

I order a custom cake with picture. When I picked up my cake they did not have the picture on it that I took in for them. I did had to wait until they redid the cake. The staff in the lady who I gave all of my information to was very kirk with me. The lady name was Lillie. From a few staff members who work for Sam confirmed with me that she always has an ugly attitude.

You are not able to customize it as needed. You cant state the color of the icing or the designs. There should be an extra message place to indicate notes to the decorator. This is only been the situation since the only option to order a cake is online.

I went into Sams to order a plain sheet cake. The person behind the counter told me I had to order it on line. I asked if I could just do it in the store since I was there she told me no on line only. She was kind of rude about it . So I went home brought it up on line and in the ordering process it says you can order in the store for special orders. I did want something special done with the cake but wasn’t able to have it done since I couldn’t ask the bakery any questions regarding the order. The cake itself was good as usual. The process not so much. When I order a specialty cake I want to make sure they can do what I have in mind. Ordering on line has it’s advantages but sometimes person to person is so much better. Not happy with the new process. I have a special occasion coming up again soon. I’ll probably go elsewhere to avoid the frustration.
