Sam’s Club cakes are always delicious, but this one was beautiful as well. The bakery personnel made sure the photo provided was placed as we wanted, and were very helpful with the ordering process.

The cake tasted great. The frosting was just so so especially when eating the leftover cake. It seemed to have a bit of a chemical taste probably from the coloring.

The cake was very dry but the icing was thick. The decorating was plain, but was well done. The website description said there would be a colorful border on the cake, and there was not, which was disappointing.

1st: notified 30 mins before scheduled pickup cake won’t be ready until next morning. Cake was not decorated as ordered, due to time (surprise party) had to accept as was. Never again!
