The cake was a show stopper!Absolutely perfect for the occasion!!! It was half chocolate and half vanilla for my granddaughter's graduation party. The decorations were lovely ( I ended adding a few Hawaiian flowers to celebrate our culture) but they weren't needed. Thank you for making it so beautiful and the price was the cherry on top! 🥰

Ordered for a graduation party. The bakery called me to ensure they understood exactly what I wanted because we didn't specify much color, and she offered to add a touch of sprinkles for contrast. It was ready on time and decorated beautifully. I consider myself picky about the taste of cakes, and it was delicious! And you cannot beat the price. Would order again for sure!

If I could leave no stars I would because they don't even deserve 1. We ordered a very basic white iced sheet cake. The website says customizable and hand crafted roses. I wanted a few roses strategically placed and they can't do it. A person with very minimal skill could do this. The description is inaccurate and the people there are incompetent.

Please tell Bre thank you for helping with our cake order! She was very patient and answered all our questions. She even brought out a piping bag with icing to show us the color that we were trying to decide on. This is a review of the customer service only since we have not picked up our cake yet, but shout out to BRE!!!!

I’m so happy this was for a kid because the presentation was not great. The cake is bubbled and crooked. The rainbow isn’t lined up. Not sure what happened. Hopefully the taste will make up for my disappointment. The pictures are taken at the time of pick up. Wish I could’ve opened to give the full picture.

This full sheet cake was to celebrate my church's 70th Anniversary. There was a picture of our logo on the cake, as well as the writing, and roses on the top. Everyone loved the looks and the taste. Great job done by Sam's Bakery!

This cake was extra big. That is what we needed but to me, it wasn't fresh. I feel like it was sitting in the refrigerator for a while. I personally won't order again.

The selection online is scarce! I used to be able to get a decorated cake with either whipped OR buttercream frosting. You can't do that anymore! Now your can only get it through "customizable" which is DEFINITELY NOT customizable! It's SO basic and boring! Either update the way you can order online which should be easy, or bring back in store ordering!

The cake decorator called me early on the day of pick up with her suggestions to the cakes. She didn’t pressure me and said I didn’t have to change them. She waited until I arrived so I could see what her suggestions were and I approved. I’m so glad I did. The cakes looked fantastic!

I've been ordering cakes from Sam's for years and they have ALWAYS been great, but this time the cake was hard, dry, overbaked and short (or thin) and it had seams in it like it was pieced together🤷‍♀️ We usually get them from a different location, but they had no spots available. I don't know if location had anything to do with it, but it is embarrassing when you purchase something for a special occasion and it doesn't taste good. We will not order from this Sam's Club again.
