Cake was dry not moist. Custom order not what was discussed. Custom picture did not cover full sheet cake as instructed and ok'd with two different workers. Picture on cake was faded. Noone called to inform of problems. Found problems when picked up. Workers said the picture would cover entire cake but only covered about a 7x5 area.

Highly recommend!! Taste was great. Vety moist. Icing perfect. It was ready on time. It was big enough and the price was excellent for such a large cake. It was easy to design. I had a great experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because a name was misspelled.

I ordered a cake a week ahead. I went to pick up my cake the order was wrong. I had to stay there 20min for it to be redone, The mistake was blame on a worker who was off that day, altho the young lady who assist me was there and denied it was her. I ask if possible could I get two flowers on the cake for the inconvenience I was told No. I will not renew my membership. Norwalk Sam’s

I order one of the full sheet cakes each month for my workplace. I have to go to the already overcrowded and busy Sams club to place the order in person with the image I want on the cake and then go back again to pick the cake up. There have been so many problems with this. They lost my whole order 2 times, it wasn't ready yet, it was not correct, etc.....This is a huge waste of my time. I need to be able to place the order online and submit the image as required. I feel like this will not only significantly improve the customer experience but also help keep the bakery more organized with their orders. I will be exploring alternate bakery options for these transactions if there continue to be issues and the web interface doesn't work for me. Sorry but time is everything to a business.

I’m very disappointed with the Bakery Department. All cakes have to be ordered on line. Seasonal decorations are not offered on line. Why can’t I get a full size sheet cake half chocolate and half white? It’s not like they bake the cake in the store. They’re boxed…….so just put the two cakes together.

I went into Sams to order a plain sheet cake. The person behind the counter told me I had to order it on line. I asked if I could just do it in the store since I was there she told me no on line only. She was kind of rude about it . So I went home brought it up on line and in the ordering process it says you can order in the store for special orders. I did want something special done with the cake but wasn’t able to have it done since I couldn’t ask the bakery any questions regarding the order. The cake itself was good as usual. The process not so much. When I order a specialty cake I want to make sure they can do what I have in mind. Ordering on line has it’s advantages but sometimes person to person is so much better. Not happy with the new process. I have a special occasion coming up again soon. I’ll probably go elsewhere to avoid the frustration.

You are not able to customize it as needed. You cant state the color of the icing or the designs. There should be an extra message place to indicate notes to the decorator. This is only been the situation since the only option to order a cake is online.

Beautiful and delicious cake! But it's annoying that the details of your order (e.g., message, flavor, etc.) aren't visible after reviewing and submitting to the bakery. That info should at least be viewable on the online receipt. However, the marble full sheet cake was a hit!

The cake was not decorated the way I was told it would be. This cake was for my Mom’s memorial service! I was so disappointed!! And the said thing was that your Sams employees in the bakery didn’t care either!! I’ll never order another cake from your company!!

I order a custom cake with picture. When I picked up my cake they did not have the picture on it that I took in for them. I did had to wait until they redid the cake. The staff in the lady who I gave all of my information to was very kirk with me. The lady name was Lillie. From a few staff members who work for Sam confirmed with me that she always has an ugly attitude.
