The writing on the cake was misspelled had them fix it, but bakery didn't want to until I showed them my order and it was spelled correctly on the online order. The writing was horrible to begin with.

The staff was helpful in making sure my order was to my satisfaction. The honoree was happy with the design and the cake was delicious . Guests complimented on the moistness of the cake.

This cake was purchased for my sister's repass. Needless to say, everyone loved it. I had a photo of her on it. Ive always purchased my cakes from Sam's because it's ALWAYS A HIT.

Good cake for the price. The only negative is the club makes you order a plain one then you have to call in to get one of the template designs added on. This needs to be something you can easily do within the app instead.

This cake was so beautiful! Not to mention delicious! It got eaten up so quick the retiree almost didn't get get to carry any home to her husband. Lol!

Sam’s Club cakes are always delicious, but this one was beautiful as well. The bakery personnel made sure the photo provided was placed as we wanted, and were very helpful with the ordering process.

This full sheet cake was to celebrate my church's 70th Anniversary. There was a picture of our logo on the cake, as well as the writing, and roses on the top. Everyone loved the looks and the taste. Great job done by Sam's Bakery!
