I order a custom cake with picture. When I picked up my cake they did not have the picture on it that I took in for them. I did had to wait until they redid the cake. The staff in the lady who I gave all of my information to was very kirk with me. The lady name was Lillie. From a few staff members who work for Sam confirmed with me that she always has an ugly attitude.

The selection online is scarce! I used to be able to get a decorated cake with either whipped OR buttercream frosting. You can't do that anymore! Now your can only get it through "customizable" which is DEFINITELY NOT customizable! It's SO basic and boring! Either update the way you can order online which should be easy, or bring back in store ordering!

I've been ordering cakes from Sam's for years and they have ALWAYS been great, but this time the cake was hard, dry, overbaked and short (or thin) and it had seams in it like it was pieced together🤷‍♀️ We usually get them from a different location, but they had no spots available. I don't know if location had anything to do with it, but it is embarrassing when you purchase something for a special occasion and it doesn't taste good. We will not order from this Sam's Club again.

Odd spacing of the writing in cake, sloppy handwriting that overlapped a bad border job.

The cake itself was good, the decorating was not.

My first time ordering a cake. It was easy to do all the different features... the cake, the icing and the message.

Cake was very good and fresh! Only thing is that they forgot to put my words on the cake which delayed some things.

The writing looked like a little kid wrote it, the colors were not right. But cake itself was very good.

The taste was amazing, decorated very nicely, everything I expected. I recommend Sam’s full layered sheet cake for any large gathering.
