I ordered five sheet cakes for my daughter’s wedding. I was a nervous wreck ordering online but I did it three weeks before the grand event. I picked them up right when they said they were ready per the online portal and they were perfect!! Ordered enough to feed 400 people and still had leftovers. I will order again for my events. The cakes were delicious. Thank you!

I was very disappointed with the bday cake I ordered for my granddaughter. Holes were poked in the cake and they tried to put cake icing to cover it. I had to get the cake done all over. They put black writing on to of the pink icing. They did whatever they wanted to do.

The cake was great, pretty cake and was actual very good tasting. When I went to pick the cake up at my scheduled time it was ready and everything was great, however, I decided to get something from the concession stand and was not allowed to walk up and order food. Sam's has changed to app only ordering and this made it very difficult and actually made the process slower. There is no way to pay cash and I had a problem logging into my account to order. There should at least be the option of ordering at the register as you are checking out with other purchases.

The cake in the book, looked like balloon decorations were gonna be all around the cake, when I received the cake, not one balloon around the cake. The balloons were decorated on with frosting and the cake was for a female and the decoration had 2 blue balloons, you'd think that they would, at least put a pink balloon on it. The taste of the cake was very good though.

I ordered a cake for my mother‘s hundredth birthday luncheon. She passed away last year, but we went ahead with the party. The cake ordered from Sam’s Club was a white cake with butter frosting. The design was wonderful. I picked the cake up on Friday morning. We had the party on Friday night when we cut the cake. The cake was falling apart very disappointed. I’ve had Sam’s cakes so many times and they are so delicious but I don’t know what happened to. This one was not happy.

Was not happy with the service that was rendered on 6/22 the cake was not ready for pick had to wait for someone to put the picture on the cake that was submit when ordered. A young lady put a 4x6 picture on full sheet cake and said that’s the best she can do.

The process of ordering the cake was quick and easy. However, not able to customizes ordes based on color schemes or designs the way you can in the store. Hopefully, the process will get better soon or I may have to come up with another solution for ordering cakes. I order very often but I live too far away from the store to go in to order a cakes that often and my store is no longer accepting orders over the telephone.

The cake was good but I ordered a cake for a special event and not only did I order 1 cake I ordered 2. Both were to supposed to have pictures on it and neither had the picture on it and the wording was incorrect. I called the bakery and I was told oh I have the pictures right here. Well why wasn't it put on my cake ? No answer then I proceed to ask for the manager the manager wasn't there and that she would take my number down and have her to call me. That was 2 weeks almost 3 weeks ago. You think I heard anything back uhhh no. They are not dependable but they are reasonable. I rather pay extra and go to Walmart, Kroger or Superlo instead.

A full sheet for a coworker's retirement lunch. Perfectly soft, sweet, moist! In an office with less than 30 in attendance, there was not one piece left. Some had not seconds but thirds, 2 slices for the celebrant to take home and the last few slices being fought over, in the most work friendly way of course.

The advertisement of the product was “catfish”😂 Went to pick up the cake and the writing was sloppy and the baker must’ve been on a decorative restriction because the minimum amount of frosting was used around the edge and for the flower decoration art.
