I ordered a Stitch Print cake. I was told by baker worker to scan QR code and submit my order online and put the number of the animation as provided on the book on my online order. When cake was picked up no Stitch print what so ever was on the cake just "Happy Birthday"

Dislike the new process of ordering online. This new process of ordering online decreases the options that used to be offered for decorations. Was so much easier coming in the store selecting what I wanted and how I wanted it decorated. This was a downgrade in service if you ask me. The new processes makes the decorated cake look cheap and plain. Lack of care goes into these now but I guess you now get what you pay for. These cakes used to meet expecations not so much anymore amd we have been ordering several cakes from Sams for over 20 years.

Cake tasted wonderful It was for my dear friends birthday 105th. Got her cake last year at 104 told it was free due to being over 100. Again told it would be free this year but changed had to order online. Got charged, bakery told me it would be taken off day I picked it up. Guess what picked it up now told that was only for 100th birthdays!!!!!!

I ordered a cake for my mother‘s hundredth birthday luncheon. She passed away last year, but we went ahead with the party. The cake ordered from Sam’s Club was a white cake with butter frosting. The design was wonderful. I picked the cake up on Friday morning. We had the party on Friday night when we cut the cake. The cake was falling apart very disappointed. I’ve had Sam’s cakes so many times and they are so delicious but I don’t know what happened to. This one was not happy.

The online ordering is horrible. My daughter picked up the cake and they gave her the wrong cake. We finally got the right cake and it was missing the writing requested. This was for my grandmothers 90th birthday. The whole experience was very much disappointing!

The cake was delicious. My main complaint was the custom writing that I requested on the cake. It was off-centered, letters were off-sized, did not look professional at all. It seems as though this particular Sam's Club (Oakwood, GA) should spend some time training folks how to write messages on the cake or hire people with experience. Another concern is the lack of icing color options. I am very hesitant to order a cake with a message on it from them in the future due to these issues.

Cake was very good and nicely decorated. But here was my problem when I got the email on my purchase/receipt it showed just a white cake no decoration. I call right away the guy that answered the phone said there was no way to check the order till the day they should decorate it so I just let it go. The week of the date to pick the cake up I called again same guy told me the same thing on way to check on it. Very upset not knowing what I would have when I went to pick up the cake it was for a 70th anniversary I was hosting. When I went to pick it up it was just what I had ordered what a relief I was so happy with it. I told the lady that waited on me what had happen and she said yes he could have check on the order and she would talk with the rest working in the bakery She got a IPad and showed me right away my order. Just sad I had to wait till that day when so picked it up to make sure

I had hair on my white sheet cake for my dads 72nd bday party and when i called to let them know.they just laughed at me like all the money i paid out didnt matter and when someone else got on the phone i was told i couldnt get a refund without bringing the cake bk in even though the party was in 20 minutes with 100+ people waiting for it. Very very disappointed with how i was treated considering all the money i spend there

We always order our cakes from Sam’s Cub. This one was disgusting. The pink frosting was very bitter and tasted like medicine. The cake itself was dry. This was for my daughter’s birthday party and everyone talked so bad about the cake. Most of it went into the trash. It was so embarrassing.

I was very disappointed with the bday cake I ordered for my granddaughter. Holes were poked in the cake and they tried to put cake icing to cover it. I had to get the cake done all over. They put black writing on to of the pink icing. They did whatever they wanted to do.
