We always order our cakes from Sam’s Cub. This one was disgusting. The pink frosting was very bitter and tasted like medicine. The cake itself was dry. This was for my daughter’s birthday party and everyone talked so bad about the cake. Most of it went into the trash. It was so embarrassing.

I ordered 1/2 white 1/2 chocolate cake. I got a white cake. It was supposed to have a happy birthday saying on it but had none. I did get my Happy Birthday on the cake after much hard communication with a person that didn’t speak very good or understand english

This was a horrible experience. I picked up my order hours before the event and it was not what I asked for. Bakery personal shifting blame and very unhelpful. Manager offered a $10 refund but that did not rectify the problem. Maybe its my fault for putting too much faith in industlized mass production.

The cake was great. Icing was so good. The little hard balls should not be used as part of the decorations. Was disappointed when you are lomited on the amount of name we could add. Bug the cake was great everyone emjoyed it. It was ready when requested. No problems wuth check out was pre paid. Will be back for more cake.
