The cake was fresh and the decorations were okay. The writing on the cake could have been nicer. The frosting needs improvement. Also you should consider adding cream cheese frosting. The price was the best.

I found the ordering process very easy, and the cake was exactly as ordered! It was really delicious and I know that everyone enjoyed it. I found that the price is the most reasonable around here.

This cake was for a very special birthday party and it was absolutely heavenly. The cake was moist and the frosting was creamy. I will buy all our birthday cakes from Sam's from now on.

This cake was cancelled 1 week ahead and still my credit card was charged. Also, the day the cake was scheduled, I received emails that the cake was ready for pick up. So Sam's still made the cake.

Never again will I order from this location. I asked for whipped topping and got butter cream and my cake wasn’t ready on time I had to wait 2 hours in the store before it was ready.

The church ordered a full sheet cake for the Pastors anniversary. It was delicious 😋. Everyone enjoyed it and wanted to know where the cake came from

Excellent cake. We purchased this cake to celebrate the 100th birthday of a member of my church. Cake tasted and looked great! It was easy to order on the app. And it was easy to pick up. Everyone said great things about the cake.

First & last time ordering a custom cake with image. The store called me an hour before I needed the cake to notify me that they were unable to fulfill my order due to printer issues. They were not helpful in finding alternative solutions.

Everything turned out perfect the cake was amazing the timing to pick it up and the staff was very helpful thank you Sam's club for making my 3yr. Old birthday...😊😊😊

Cake was supposed to be marble but was half white and half chocolate. Also a name was missing. Would be nice if we could add commas when ordering online.
