Online ordering is horrible. No choice in choosing colors. The cake itself was very good. Improve online ordering!!!

Great cake. Need enhancement on the ordering process so that specialized cakes may be ordered. Christmas/Holiday //etc.

The Cake was delicious and did not disappoint. They didn't put the picture and writing correctly, but the cake was still Beautiful.

The service was great even with an online order. My employees really liked the taste and design of the cake

I bought this cake for my sister-N-law birthday dinner. It was delicious! So moist! I had to go back for seconds.

I loved my birthday cake that created online at Sam's Club. I was able to personalize it myself. It was very pretty, colorful, and delicious!

The Bakeshop did an excellent job on my custom cake. They walked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied with it.

Did not get exactly what I ordered but the cake was very good. It was suppose to have a picture on it and that didn’t happen.

My first time ordering a cake. It was easy to do all the different features... the cake, the icing and the message.

Cake was delicious. The female employee that put in my order ( I didn’t know how to order on line) was OUTSTANDING !!!
