My cake was messed up and manager was really nasty about it. Then she offer me a 1.00 off. Cake was smear with red icing across the the top.

Cakes not really custom . Limited to designs and color only in pictures . Can’t change any of that . Staffnot really helpful.

Cake was good but I miss the ability to do half yellow and half chocolate. Please bring back that feature.

I recently purchased a personalized full-sheet cake and I was thoroughly impressed with its freshness and moistness. Additionally, I was pleased that it was prepared and available for pick up exactly at the time that I had specified.

Sam's staff or associates were helpful as I had to pick up the cake before 10:00 am. The bakery staff were friendly and accommodating. Cake was decorated precious to our instructions.
