Great cake. Need enhancement on the ordering process so that specialized cakes may be ordered. Christmas/Holiday //etc.

The cake was a good price but quality was not good. Now I know. Maybe I'll try the cupcakes sometime.

I ordered this cake for my mom’s 70th birthday party. I was able to do the customizations I wanted and it was delicious. Everyone loved it.

The Cake was delicious and did not disappoint. They didn't put the picture and writing correctly, but the cake was still Beautiful.

Ordered cake for our church meal on Monday night(we do a community meal every week) It was delicious and definitely will order again

Everybody loved the cake. It was an outside event and the frosting and decorations did not melt or change. Several people asked where we bought it.

My cake was ready at time of pickup. It decorated as requested. Sam's did a great job and everyone loved the cake.

Online ordering is horrible. No choice in choosing colors. The cake itself was very good. Improve online ordering!!!

Did not get exactly what I ordered but the cake was very good. It was suppose to have a picture on it and that didn’t happen.

The whole online process is does not complement the customer neither is it more convenient. Very disappointing and displeasing with SAM
