Sam's staff or associates were helpful as I had to pick up the cake before 10:00 am. The bakery staff were friendly and accommodating. Cake was decorated precious to our instructions.

This cake was really really good. Made on time. Decorated just right. And the taste was better than I was expecting from a big bakery. Will definitely use again

Need to be able to order half white other half chocolate. To do this, you need to order 2 - 1/2 sheet cakes and it costs more money and have 2 decorated cakes instead of 1

Cake is exactly what i asked for. There arent many choices online for designs, decorations, or color selection. I had one of each of the frosting types buttercream and whipped, they were both delicious and the cake was soft not hard.
