The cake was ready for pick up at the time I requested and decorated just perfect. Everyone enjoyed a piece and the price was excellent for my budget.

I ordered 2 sheet cakes. The Cakes tasted amazing! My guests also enjoyed them! The decorations were exactly what I requested. The Bakery Department has always met a high standard of excellence!

The cake was good but I ordered a cake for a special event and not only did I order 1 cake I ordered 2. Both were to supposed to have pictures on it and neither had the picture on it and the wording was incorrect. I called the bakery and I was told oh I have the pictures right here. Well why wasn't it put on my cake ? No answer then I proceed to ask for the manager the manager wasn't there and that she would take my number down and have her to call me. That was 2 weeks almost 3 weeks ago. You think I heard anything back uhhh no. They are not dependable but they are reasonable. I rather pay extra and go to Walmart, Kroger or Superlo instead.

Spent 40 bucks and you guys can't even spell a name write. Maybe if your cake orders were in person and not only online this wouldn't be a problem. Should of trusted the other reviews. Don't ever order cakes from Sam's Club. They don't know how to read or spell.

I went by t he store to place an order for a sheet cake with a photo image. The employee told me I had to order it online, as they did not accept in person orders any more. However the online ordering does not support adding a photo image, and the comments tell you that you have to order in person!! I am going to have to make at least two trips to get the cake ordered and it's very frustrating.

We ordered 2 cakes for my Dad's 93rd birthday. One was for a party at his house and one we took to his Union's monthly breakfast for retirees. Both cakes were ordered in the Willow Grove, PA store because my Dad wanted certain things that could not be done online and he does not use computers or cell phones. He does not hear well on the phone and he wanted to talk to a person. He did NOT want marble. He wanted 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla, which was not an option online. We also had photos to put on the cakes and so we handed them directly to a person at the bakery. The baker used his own tablet to place the order and made comments where needed. Both cakes blew us away. The decorations were great and the cakes were also delicious. Everyone asked where we got them. They are also a great bargain. I am planning an event for which I will be ordering another cake (or maybe two)!!

i tried to order a cake online but didn't give many options to customize. So i went into the store and the employees at the bakery department were less than helpful. I just kept being told, it has to be done online. Very disappointed in the way i was treated.

I ordered a cake a week ahead. I went to pick up my cake the order was wrong. I had to stay there 20min for it to be redone, The mistake was blame on a worker who was off that day, altho the young lady who assist me was there and denied it was her. I ask if possible could I get two flowers on the cake for the inconvenience I was told No. I will not renew my membership. Norwalk Sam’s

Sams cakes and cupcakes are good. But there is no options that allow you to truly customize your cake like you did when you could order in the store. They need to add this feature and other designs online since we cannot order in the store. I miss being able to put pictures on my cakes.
