The writing on the cake was misspelled had them fix it, but bakery didn't want to until I showed them my order and it was spelled correctly on the online order. The writing was horrible to begin with.

Always good, very reasonable. You now have to order on the app only, so it may be easier for some and saves a trip. I had a harder time and had the cake lady help me while there.

Sam's staff or associates were helpful as I had to pick up the cake before 10:00 am. The bakery staff were friendly and accommodating. Cake was decorated precious to our instructions.

Cake was supposed to be marble but was half white and half chocolate. Also a name was missing. Would be nice if we could add commas when ordering online.

Excellent cake. We purchased this cake to celebrate the 100th birthday of a member of my church. Cake tasted and looked great! It was easy to order on the app. And it was easy to pick up. Everyone said great things about the cake.

Ordered the marble cake with buttercream icing and I must say the icing wasn’t too sweet! Cake was absolutely delicious and was decorated as ordered. I was very please with this purchase.

This is our favorite birthday cake for a party! Absolutely delicious! We buy one each year for the holiday weekend of the Fourth of July when we celebrate two birthdays with a big crowd.

The cake was delicious & ready whwn promised. I would have preferred more color options for the lettering and balloons but I was forced to pick from limited selection.
