Asked for whipped topping for my husband Birthday cake. They put regular topping on the cake. I called several times to talk to a manager and explained to them my concern. They took my information about it and said they would check it out and call me back. It never happened . Very disappointed. It’s disappointing to pay for something you ordered and it turns out wrong.

The advertisement of the product was “catfish”😂 Went to pick up the cake and the writing was sloppy and the baker must’ve been on a decorative restriction because the minimum amount of frosting was used around the edge and for the flower decoration art.

Please tell Bre thank you for helping with our cake order! She was very patient and answered all our questions. She even brought out a piping bag with icing to show us the color that we were trying to decide on. This is a review of the customer service only since we have not picked up our cake yet, but shout out to BRE!!!!

I ordered a Stitch Print cake. I was told by baker worker to scan QR code and submit my order online and put the number of the animation as provided on the book on my online order. When cake was picked up no Stitch print what so ever was on the cake just "Happy Birthday"

The cake in the book, looked like balloon decorations were gonna be all around the cake, when I received the cake, not one balloon around the cake. The balloons were decorated on with frosting and the cake was for a female and the decoration had 2 blue balloons, you'd think that they would, at least put a pink balloon on it. The taste of the cake was very good though.

It was not the cake icing that I had purchased. I want buttercream trimming and whip icing on the layer. It was all buttercream. The manager was quite nasty and kept telling me the same thing when I phoned the deli to let them know. Not at all professional. By the time our phone call concluded, I was less satisfied with the cake I purchased and more upset with the way I was handled. I would like to discuss this phone call with the store superior. I'm grateful.

I had hair on my white sheet cake for my dads 72nd bday party and when i called to let them know.they just laughed at me like all the money i paid out didnt matter and when someone else got on the phone i was told i couldnt get a refund without bringing the cake bk in even though the party was in 20 minutes with 100+ people waiting for it. Very very disappointed with how i was treated considering all the money i spend there

I was very disappointed with the bday cake I ordered for my granddaughter. Holes were poked in the cake and they tried to put cake icing to cover it. I had to get the cake done all over. They put black writing on to of the pink icing. They did whatever they wanted to do.

I ordered a cake for my mother‘s hundredth birthday luncheon. She passed away last year, but we went ahead with the party. The cake ordered from Sam’s Club was a white cake with butter frosting. The design was wonderful. I picked the cake up on Friday morning. We had the party on Friday night when we cut the cake. The cake was falling apart very disappointed. I’ve had Sam’s cakes so many times and they are so delicious but I don’t know what happened to. This one was not happy.

I ordered five sheet cakes for my daughter’s wedding. I was a nervous wreck ordering online but I did it three weeks before the grand event. I picked them up right when they said they were ready per the online portal and they were perfect!! Ordered enough to feed 400 people and still had leftovers. I will order again for my events. The cakes were delicious. Thank you!
