So disappointed that the bakery didn't follow the design that was ordered despite manager's involvement and pictures submitted.

Cake was good but I miss the ability to do half yellow and half chocolate. Please bring back that feature.

Careful ordering online. Even though you pick a store you want to pick the cake up from, the program sends the order to your home store.

The new process of ordering a birthday cake is beyond COMPLICATED. The choice of decoration and what to have written on the cake, is very limited.

Cakes not really custom . Limited to designs and color only in pictures . Can’t change any of that . Staffnot really helpful.
