[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to get a part replaced on this washer. The fabric softener dispenser is defective and will not come out and will not dispense the fabric softener. How can I get another one? This is only 4 months old. Otherwise I am happy with this machine.

I bought this LG washer about a month ago and I have washed four loads so far. I have used the deep wash cycle and the normal cycle with about 25 items each, the normal cycle uses less water and the clothes come out just as clean. The normal cycle runs 45 minutes start to finish. The spin cycle removes more water than my old washer, so my dryer runs about 15 minutes less. So far everything looks good, it's easy to use and does a good job washing clothes. Hopefully it will last.

Purchased after our washer quit. Wasn't sure if we would be pleased but we are very happy with it. It's quiet when running and the ability to adjust the amount of water in tub is great. Does a great job on washing clothes and very happy with the way agitator works. Does not rattle and shake even with large load. The only thing that is a little annoying is the buzzer when it's finished, sounds like an ice cream truck tune.

I bought this a month ago and it operates much better than our old Admiral washer. Very quiet operation, agitator, and spinning. Self balancing itself and load testing before it starts is a smart feature. Love the glass top and watching the cycles run as well as the many cycle options you can choose from. I looked underneath the top lid at bleach dispenser and the body construction and honestly it has a very good thick paint coating done, that's a plus! Many other brands will rust out in certain points, I don't see it happening on the LG. I also like how powerful the inlet valves and pump appear to perform, this washer drains fairly quick while also being very quiet. No leaks or annoying sounds. Overall for the price, warranty, design, and support it's a good washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As our previous washer died on us, we decided to go with this washer. I am amazed at how quiet the machine is! I’ve checked on it a few times to make sure it was working right just because of how quiet is! It’s so easy to use that my kids even have no problem with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washing machine, is everything. I have never owned a wash machine like this before. I love the way it works. The washer is very quiet and it has a pause cycle. I’m so happy that I choose this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't decide if I wanted a Maytag or LG washer. I went with the LG and I am just thrilled with my decision! This is better than my Kenmore! Nice and quiet, deep drum, and cute tune played at the end of the cycle. I highly recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best I can say is: it does wash properly. But the detergent/softener tray remains full of water after the cycle ends and must be emptied manually (awkward), and the water level and temperature controls do not work - All I can do is pick a cycle and hope for the best, a little worrisome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really Happy with the our purchase of the LG Washer a month ago. It cleans our Laundry so Great ,compare to our old washer. And I just Love the way it lets you know when it's completed wash with the Little Tune it plays at the end of cycle of Washing. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washing machine it was hard at first because I had to cut down the load it isn’t as big as my old washer but it is just the two of us and it is perfect. I love LG merchandise when my refrigerator goes out that is the brand I want I’m a very sick lady but I’ll make sure that is the brand that my husband will buy.
