[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new washer and I am glad I purchased this model. I am not a bells and whistles type of person. This washer provides me all the cycles I need to handle the laundry for a family of five. I was surprised how deep the tub is. It is definitely twice as big as my last washer. It allows me to really balance my loads and get our clothes the cleanest they can be. It is also HE which means I can continue using the same detergent and cold water washing. It was definitely the best value for me and my family!

I’ve checked on it a few times to make sure it was working right just because of how quiet is! It’s so easy to use that my kids even have no problem with it!

I bought this washer almost a month ago and I am very pleased with it. It has washed everything I have thrown at it including a heavy blanket. I love the way it will adjust itself to properly extract the water out of heavy things to keep the machine from rocking. It works quickly and quietly and washes extremely well. It doesn't have a time left display, but quite frankly I don't miss one. The end of wash melody is priceless!

I needed a new washer and I wanted one with a agitator cause I had a new washer with out one what a mess.I love how quite it is and so easy to level.I feel finally that my clothes are being clean and this washer is just what I wanted and needed.LIKE ALL THE FEATURES!!

does not wash clothes good, does bot spin good, takes a long time to wash on deep load.

I've had this machine for almost a year now and I cannot figure out why it doesn't wash well! The amount of powder residue I have on clothes is unbelievable. I switched from my front loader to a top loader with agitator because of research, thinking I was doing the right thing, but this machine does not. Clothes don't get wet enough, everything gets pasted in a bundle and residue no matter how I add the soap, shows up on everything. This machine has become more work for me than anything I've had and I really would like a replacement. I have tried everything. Help me out LG I'm trying to be a supporter.

North this in June and in October it messed up. Three months later and we are supposed to receive a new one after being out for laundry mat and missing work waiting on techs to come and try to fix it

Have had my washer about a month and so far I am very pleased with it. It's a straight-forward basic machine that does everything I expect from a washer. I do feel my clothes are actually getting cleaner than with my previous machine.
