I needed a new washer and I wanted one with a agitator cause I had a new washer with out one what a mess.I love how quite it is and so easy to level.I feel finally that my clothes are being clean and this washer is just what I wanted and needed.LIKE ALL THE FEATURES!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer caught my eye due to the deep washing capability and the see through lid. The see through lid has made it possible to see that the water level for normal or small loads is not high enough to cover the clothes. It only comes up to about halfway of the load. I need to change the settings to deep wash to get enough water for both the wash and rinse which leads to using more water than needed. I’m not sure if this happens in all of these models or just mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used our new LG washer for about a month now. We love how quiet it is and our clothes are cleaner than ever! The only thing we do not like is the chimes sound at the beginning and end of each wash cycle! And after researching how to turn these sounds off, we learn you cannot turn them off on this model LG!

Hate it. Wish I could return it. Miss my broken washer so much. This machine does not add enough water. Water is expensive so to have to use deep fill and warm water is costing me a fortune so u need to add more options individually to the settings. In the detergent and softener cups there is always residual water sometimes full. This will give mold issues for sure. Sorry to say I am not happy with it Just hopes it lasts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new washer and I am glad I purchased this model. I am not a bells and whistles type of person. This washer provides me all the cycles I need to handle the laundry for a family of five. I was surprised how deep the tub is. It is definitely twice as big as my last washer. It allows me to really balance my loads and get our clothes the cleanest they can be. It is also HE which means I can continue using the same detergent and cold water washing. It was definitely the best value for me and my family!

I like the electronic settings on the control panel. I also like the large tub - holds a good size load. It is fairly quiet too for a washer. The price was fairly reasonable compared to other name brands. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am tired of the washers that have suspension rods! They are the worst technology in my opinion. The spin cycle is so frustrating, so much rearranging clothes to find the right balance point. when I saw the features of this LG, well, there is a reason why LG means Life's Good. Since I bought my washer, I love the way it works. Oh I had not only a washer with suspension rods, it also was an impeller ( I think that is the terminology). Old school agitators is better. at least that is my opinion.

Great washer! The initial startup was a bit confusing at first. The app is not for iOS devices, so that was a disappointment. Hopefully that will be available soon because that was a big selling point for me to be able to view diagnostics and errors on my phone.

This replaces our 30 year old top load washer. Going back to the market place this many years later leaves you overwhelmed with advances in machine washers. Unit must be loaded with all kinds of sensors talking to on-board computer. Much to learn as to why it does what it does.

The fabric softener dispenser is defective and will not come out and will not dispense the fabric softener. How can I get another one? This is only 4 months old. Otherwise I am happy with this machine.
