not at all happy. Cloth are still dry after load finishes. It notified me it had finished, I went to put them in the dryer and part of the cloths were still dry. I tried the deep and it did cover the cloths with water but kept trying to spin with full water.

Nice and quiet, deep drum, and cute tune played at the end of the cycle. I highly recommend this washer.

I bought this washer about a month ago. It took me a few loads to get to where I knew how to get water at tleast up to the top of my clothes. I use the "Heavy Duty" setting to do this. Normal barely covered the bottom of the washer so forget that idiotic setting altogether!!! The spin cycle is VERY fast and I've found I don't need to dry as long as I used to with my old 30ish year washer that finally gave out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG Top Loader, glass top August 9, 2023. This is my first experience with LG. The Washer is marvelous, large , very quiet. It's also easy to use and very effect washing clothes. The washer has a much larger capacity than my previous washer. LG was very helpful through the process at communicating and support if needed. I received several helpful emails from them. I also called regarding extended warranty service.

It will take me a little time to figure out all the settings and optimal clean settings but so far, perfect. Clothes are cleaner than before. Really noticeable on the whites and bright colors.

I needed a new washer and I wanted one with a agitator cause I had a new washer with out one what a mess.I love how quite it is and so easy to level.I feel finally that my clothes are being clean and this washer is just what I wanted and needed.LIKE ALL THE FEATURES!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer caught my eye due to the deep washing capability and the see through lid. The see through lid has made it possible to see that the water level for normal or small loads is not high enough to cover the clothes. It only comes up to about halfway of the load. I need to change the settings to deep wash to get enough water for both the wash and rinse which leads to using more water than needed. I’m not sure if this happens in all of these models or just mine.

The washer runs extremely quiet without a lot of shaking. It has a self balancing feature. That’s really great because it won’t run if things are not balanced.on our previous washer, it would run no matter what.. that wasn’t great because it would Bounce around everything because it wasn’t balanced. There is also a self diagnostic feature that’s really great for keeping track of the washers condition. It has a glass top that you can see through so No, what’s going on inside your washer as it’s running. The only bad thing is the washer stands high, and my wife is short. She has some difficulty reaching the bottom Alto washer tub.

I like the electronic settings on the control panel. I also like the large tub - holds a good size load. It is fairly quiet too for a washer. The price was fairly reasonable compared to other name brands. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend it to others.
