Shame on me. I didn't even realize that it is missing a permanent press/wrinkle free setting. And I thought I did such extensive research before making the purchase. Don't think I will ever be completely satisfied with any make/model as the new washers all seem to have the same water level restriction. I watched a piece of clothing on top remain dry after the wash cycle finished,,,, Consequently the wash is not as clean as it should be. Just frustrated,

The washer is very quite, I have never had a washer this quite. I love the little sounds the washer makes when selecting a wash and it plays a nice tune when done washing. I enjoy the glass top lid to see inside, again very impressed!!

We bought this washer on 11-8-2023. Our clothes are cleaner, water usage is down , electric is lower what use to be 2 loads is only one with 4.1 space. the locking lid is a safety I enjoy. water level self ajusts so no guessing load size. Very quiet and easy to level . Insturctions are easy to read and PRINTED as well as on web.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Bought this machine Nov 2 2023. I wanted a machine with little "Bells and Whistle". I went with this one because of the reviews and that it didn't look as complicated as some. In Dec I had a service member come to my house. My Complaints were: (1) Dispenser doesn't drain all the way. (2) Sounds like water is still in bottom of tub (3) Agitator is very slow and I do not see my clothes being drawn down from Top to Bottom of tub Answers: (2) Was going to replace Dispenser, but said I don't like using anyway. (2) Water in bottom of tub will remain for balance. (3) Was told that the agitator is there to just move the water around and not necessarily the clothes - This bothered me because I am a person who needs to see the clothes submersing and getting a little beat to know that they're getting clean (old school). If I throw away my ideals, I have learned a little. So now I under-fill the tub so I can see a bit more water. This is okay for me because my last machine was smaller anyway. Also note, that while the service rep was here, I had a heavy sweater to wash. Because it soaked up most of the water, there was hardly any water in the tub. We cancelled the load. Then restarted it. Now the sensor detected a heavier load, due to the water-logged sweater, and filled the tub with more water. Then is worked like a charm. This is why you need to be concerned about all the "Bells and Whistles"! All-in-All, I have conformed to the machine, and it seems to be working well once I adjusted my expectations.

Have enjoyed using it immensely, my wife says I wash all the time. It does a great job of cleaning our clothes n it’s ultra quiet, love the chime at the finish of the wash

Just had service tell me it is fine. I do a load on normal and it finishes with cloths that the water never touched. I don’t think that cloths get clean if not enough water for them to get wet. I have used deep fill to rewash what just finished on normal. I am very unhappy and would love to have it fixed or replaced. Sad you think when pay hundreds on product it would do what it was made to do. Very frustrated no one will hear….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer because my old one was making terrible noises. I wash on “Deep wash” and Deep fill” so I can cover my clothes with water. I usually wash large loads and these settings really work well. So far, I’m very satisfied with my new washer. I’ve been using it a couple of weeks now.

This machine is different than most washers in that there are no belts. Im sure you can read that in the specs. But it runs different than others. So in that just pay attention. I experienced a cleaner and dryer load of wash. It is quiet. It can wash large bedding with no problem.

I bought this hearing good things just to find out that it does not go from wash to rinse to spin. You have to hit each of these manually after one after the other. I talked to support and they were no help They ran me through a bunch of things and didn't even hear my concerns. It works really well It just doesn't cycle like it's supposed to.

I love that it automatically senses how big of a load you have in it. The glass top is nice because I can see right in there. I do wish there were separate toggles or switches to choose the type of water temp you want permanently instead of having to change it every time you choose a different wash cycle type like I had on my previous washer.
