[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this just 3 weeks ago but has been wonderful. (there was an issue with the installation, but NOT the washer's fault). It will take me a little time to figure out all the settings and optimal clean settings but so far, perfect. Clothes are cleaner than before. Really noticeable on the whites and bright colors.

The fabric softener dispenser is defective and will not come out and will not dispense the fabric softener. How can I get another one? This is only 4 months old. Otherwise I am happy with this machine.

Purchased after another "well-branded" 5 yr. old washing machine "passed out" and died! What a shock, but then again I should have purchased an LG 5 yrs. ago. Easy to operate, very quiet and the chime at the end of the wash is so pleasant! Worth every penny!!!

I love LG merchandise when my refrigerator goes out that is the brand I want I’m a very sick lady but I’ll make sure that is the brand that my husband will buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer caught my eye due to the deep washing capability and the see through lid. The see through lid has made it possible to see that the water level for normal or small loads is not high enough to cover the clothes. It only comes up to about halfway of the load. I need to change the settings to deep wash to get enough water for both the wash and rinse which leads to using more water than needed. I’m not sure if this happens in all of these models or just mine.

I am so happy with my new LG washer. I Was very worried when I bought it, because I didnt want an HE washer and ordered it by mistake. That mistake turned out to be great. This washer is the best I have ever owned. It cleans very well, with very little water and detergent.It spins so well that it takes very little drying time.

I usually wash large loads and these settings really work well. So far, I’m very satisfied with my new washer. I’ve been using it a couple of weeks now.

Love all the features and the little tune it sings when it's done. I use it every day. Washes rugs, sheets, cleaning cloths. I would recommend this machine very highly. Works great !!!
