I love LG merchandise when my refrigerator goes out that is the brand I want I’m a very sick lady but I’ll make sure that is the brand that my husband will buy.

The washer is very quite, I have never had a washer this quite. I love the little sounds the washer makes when selecting a wash and it plays a nice tune when done washing. I enjoy the glass top lid to see inside, again very impressed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It an excellent washing machine for my needs. Like that it auto corrects the amount of water needed per cloths load. Could do without the tune at the end of the load, but can live with that. Overall a good pick.

The washer runs extremely quiet without a lot of shaking. It has a self balancing feature. That’s really great because it won’t run if things are not balanced.on our previous washer, it would run no matter what.. that wasn’t great because it would Bounce around everything because it wasn’t balanced. There is also a self diagnostic feature that’s really great for keeping track of the washers condition. It has a glass top that you can see through so No, what’s going on inside your washer as it’s running. The only bad thing is the washer stands high, and my wife is short. She has some difficulty reaching the bottom Alto washer tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer caught my eye due to the deep washing capability and the see through lid. The see through lid has made it possible to see that the water level for normal or small loads is not high enough to cover the clothes. It only comes up to about halfway of the load. I need to change the settings to deep wash to get enough water for both the wash and rinse which leads to using more water than needed. I’m not sure if this happens in all of these models or just mine.

The only thing we do not like is the chimes sound at the beginning and end of each wash cycle! And after researching how to turn these sounds off, we learn you cannot turn them off on this model LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to get new washer and dryer, already bought a lg refridgerator about a year ago. Was happy with it, and wanted to keep all lg product. Seem to be quiet and does a good job, very happy with both.

not at all happy. Cloth are still dry after load finishes. It notified me it had finished, I went to put them in the dryer and part of the cloths were still dry. I tried the deep and it did cover the cloths with water but kept trying to spin with full water.

It’s a basic model washing machine and does a good (not great) job of washing clothes. I like the clear lid that allows you to watch the complete washing cycle and the little melody that plays at the end of each wash is a nice touch. I would say the plastic center agitator cheapens the machine and probably is one of the main reasons my clothes are generally washed but not completely washed. For todays standards, it’s a pretty decent washing machine.
