[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I've had it for about a month or so and it works well. I love the little jingles it plays, and I love how it saves water. Make sure to read the manual though to see the do's and don'ts.

If you order this be ready to put up with 3rd party delivery non-sense. the date of delivery is not the date of delivery. they text the day before and ask you to confirm the date by scheduling it on a calendar that is grayed out for the day and day after it was supposedly supposed to deliver. Then when you call Sam's customer service they can't do anything until after the delivery date misses. If you accept a later date just to get it scheduled then it is no longer late because it is the date that you chose. This is a very deceptive practice.

The washer is extremely quiet when it runs. Unlike our old washer, it has a self balancing feature. That means if it can’t balance itself, it won’t run. The Washer also has a self Diagnostic feature. You can use with your cell phone without Wi-Fi. That’s really useful to keep track of the condition of your washer.

I am so happy with my LG washer! It goes through the cycles seamlessly. It runs very quiet and the little tune it plays when it is done is an awesome reminder to move the load to the dryer. The size is perfect for our family of four and also can wash some heavy blankets and comforters with no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a dryer so bought the matching LG washer. The dryer is fine, but I regret purchasing this washer. The water level is too low to clean your clothes on normal cycle - you have to select deep wash. The cycle time is very long - about 1-1/2 hours. Clothes do seem to come out clean. My biggest complaint is that the fabric softener dispenser fills up with water and doesn’t drain. It must be emptied after each wash. Then the tub gets wet and you have to dry it out to prevent mold growth. Very poor design. And the end of cycle chime is annoying since the machines are in the main part of my house. And there’s no way to turn it off.

When you allow the machine sensor to determine the water level, shine of the clothes do not even get completely wet. I have to use the deep wash on every load. Each load takes an entire HOUR! That is double the time of my old washer. It also requires that three tub be put through a cleaning cycle periodically which means you have to buy product to clean the tub(if you don't, your clothes will start to smell bad!) Horrible washers in the market today. The older models are SO much better

We bought this washer on 11-8-2023. Our clothes are cleaner, water usage is down , electric is lower what use to be 2 loads is only one with 4.1 space. the locking lid is a safety I enjoy. water level self ajusts so no guessing load size. Very quiet and easy to level . Insturctions are easy to read and PRINTED as well as on web.

I bought this LG washer about a month ago and I have washed four loads so far. I have used the deep wash cycle and the normal cycle with about 25 items each, the normal cycle uses less water and the clothes come out just as clean. The normal cycle runs 45 minutes start to finish. The spin cycle removes more water than my old washer, so my dryer runs about 15 minutes less. So far everything looks good, it's easy to use and does a good job washing clothes. Hopefully it will last.

We bought this about a month-and-a-half ago and we love it. It is large capacity, quite quiet, sends a delightful melody when it's done, has many useful settings, has a spin only, and has a tub clean setting. We paid the full, fair price and this review is our personal opinion.
