Beware
I was convinced this was the best washer on the market, but tell me why every single thing causes it to become off balance?! It’s so tiring. Every single thing. My old washer never once had a problem. It’s getting old. Can’t wash rugs, blankets, even sheets! So just beware!
Hey there! We appreciate your feedback. We want to let you know that we're here to help you with your washer and ensure it's running smoothly as soon as possible! Let's try troubleshooting steps like checking the load, leveling the washer, looking for any obstructions, and reducing the load size. It's important to note that unevenly distributing clothes can cause the washer to become off balance during the spin cycle. So, try rearranging the clothes to create a balanced load. Also, remember that if you consistently face off-balance issues, try washing smaller loads. Overloading the washer can lead to problems with imbalance. Take care! ^Anthony.
Big disappointment!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Junk. The washer only works well in the heavy-duty cycle. Will not fill in normal cycle unless you use deep fill. Bedding cycle is worthless. Bedding doesn't really get washed. My first LG product and maybe my last. My old Admiral washer was much better.

To much trouble. I just want my clothes washed in
I brought this a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. only used it a few times as it takes forever to wash clothes. After about 7 washes had to call it in to try to fix what was wrong. They gave me trobleshooting instructions over the phone, which took way to long and did not fix the problem. It's a brand new washer and should not be having problems. I wish We had bought a different brand. To many issues. and still not working right.

Not worth buying.
I just bought this washer and used it for the first time and there is not enough water to cover the clothes, so I put the setting on deep fill and still not enough. I stood and watched how the agitator starts and stopped and doesn't pull the clothes on the top into the water to be washed. This is not what I was expecting from a washer. Very un happy after spending the money. I wouldn't give any praise to this washer at all. Don't buy. That is all I can say.. you'll be very unhappy with the results
Hi Rick. Model WT6105CW is a high efficiency washer and water levels may be much lower than expected. With that said, we'd like to ensure your unit is operating as it should! Please reach out to us on social media at the handle @LGUSSupport. Send us a PM with your phone number and washer information (model and serial numbers). We'd like to ensure you get the best experience your washer has to offer! ^Chris
LOUD!!
Very sad with how loud it is. When you live in an apartment building, you don’t want it loud every time you do laundry. It sounds like a jetliner taking off when it goes into rinse and drain mode. I also had a rubber hose on my old machine and when they replaced it with the new hoses, they gave me a flexible plastic hose so I think that adds to the noise, also it doesn’t fill up with enough water. Also, I was told I would be able to operate it from my phone. Once I got home, it tells me this machine is not compatible. Overall, I am very disappointed, For an LG, I expected much more! I do love the see-thru top!
Hi there. Thank you for reaching us. I'm so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the noise level of your LG washer (WT6105CW). I can imagine how frustrating it must be to have a machine that's as loud as a jet taking off every time it goes into rinse and drain mode. As someone who lives in an apartment building, you want a quiet and peaceful environment, and it's unacceptable that our product is not meeting those expectations. I also want to acknowledge your concerns about the new hoses being made of flexible plastic, which may be contributing to the noise issue. Please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport so we can help you further. ^Cris
Is this normal?
It’s good to have clear lid on top. Is it normal that the partial top of the load doesn’t get wet with normal cycle? Generally, only the cloth along the agitator is like washed but the rest floats on the same spot and hardly rotates. It says “Deep Fill option allows you to add extra water to any cycle with the touch of a button, but “normal” cycle doesn’t get Deep Fill, the machine cancels that function, so I have to choose the option from other cycles. Spin is good.
Hello! With HE cycles, it's normal for the washer to not submerge the entire load, but the agitator should be shuffling everything around to ensure every article gets washed. We've attached a link with more info below, and if the steps there don't help, please be sure to reach out with the second link! https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-top-load-washing-machine-washing-laundry-is-not-clean-CT00000305-20153067419949 https://www.lg.com/us/support/contact ^Ian
Caveat Emptor
I have never hated an appliance before, but here we are. This machine is maddening. Even when you manage to get a usable amount of water into it (you'll have to learn some work-arounds) the agitator still doesn't pull the clothes from the back toward the agitator and down to the floor. Instead however the clothes are loaded, is the same way they'll come out. In other words, there is no cycling of the clothes from top to bottom. So whatever is next to the agitator gets all the action, whatever is against the drum just gets sloshed back and forth a little. Even on the deep wash cycle, I've seen clothes against the drum that don't get fully wet. This is the most over-engineered piece of junk I've ever had the misfortune to purchase.

TERRIBLE WASHER! I GOT A LEMON!
I got the 4.1 cu ft top load washer March 2024. I am NOT happy with it. On all modes except Deep Fill the water is 1-2 inches deep and does not cover the clothes! The clothes will not get clean if water and soap do not cover the clothes. The clothes won't get clean if they're dry on the top of the load. I understand it's supposed to use less water, but not this low! Everyone who sees it or I tell about it agree, not enough water!

Stop the dinging and beeping!!
Regular cycle doesnt add nearly enough water, clothes dont even get fully wet, let alone submerged. Have to use extra fill. No matter how items are loaded, they are usually a tangled wad upon completion. Add the chiming!! What good is it to have a quiet cycle if the thing dings a million times trying to get cycle adjusted correctly (b/c detergent cant be loaded at start, empties immediately onto dry clothing leaving big residue blobs b/c again, not enough water is used). And the cycle done song! Forget if there is a small child (or anyone) sleeping, its alarm clock loud w/o adjustment. HATE it!

Good washer
I like this washer so far. The pros are that it is quiet, has a good balancing system, and you can wash a lot in one load. The cons are I dislike the normal setting, just not enough water to properly wash the clothes. So I have learned to use the Heavy Duty or the Deepwash. I have only had it a few months so can't comment on durability.
