This washer is horrible. It doesn’t fill enough water. If you hit the normal cycle, it only fills the bottom quarter of the drum and I tried as states in the book to add more water with the deep fill option but then it changes the mode and still no agitation. Your clothes are just floating around in the water. Theres no “turbo” agitation” it does these slow half turns. The clothes are where you left them. Oh and the time when you chose the normal cycle the top half of the clothes are still dry. Some times I have had to run through twice. It can’t handle a blanket. The “agitator” moves even slower. Scented beads don’t even dissolve in the normal wash since there is no water. Horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It washes clothes fast! There is a learning curve to this washer just like every other one will also have a learning curve. The heavy duty cycle is best for my husbands work clothes(blue collar) and normal cycle works best for me & my sons clothes. The pods do not work with this washer they don’t dissolve all the way. For this washer I recommend a liquid HE detergent. I don’t use powder detergent bc they clog up the washer real quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest issue with this washer is that it does not clean the laundry, the load comes out filthy regardless of load size or wash setting, even after multiple washes. And it does absolutely nothing to get stains out. Also the detergent dispenser holds water and needs to be drained after each load. And finally it has an incredibly high pitched sound throughout the entire wash. None of these issues are due to damage of the washer nor improper install, it is simply a poor product.

This wasn't my first choice for washer but I am happy we bought this washer. Very quiet washer ! This is a great buy for Budget washer that gets the job done. The clothes come out smelling clean. We didn't have it in our budget to spend the extra $ 200 for a higher end washer.

Had the washer for over a year, performs great. The deep fill option is great for when you have work clothes, for people not sitting behind a desk, and you need a deep clean. This replaced a front load that we previously own but the control board went on, cheaper to replace than repair after 15 years.

If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. Absolute worst washer we have ever owned. The intake filter constantly backs up and we have to pull it off and clean it. The drain pump just broke and they told me when they came to look at it that the serial number is registering to a “carburetor” and not a washer and that it would take 1-2 weeks to even find the part, never mind coming back to install it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the set out of necessity, but I'd been hearing about the quality of LG for some time. Honestly, the price was also a deciding factor. We've been very pleased with the performance. It was quite an adjustment mentally because of all the features like adjustment and balancing loads. To sum it up, it works like a charm.

Worst Purchase ever. Bought this for my bed and breakfast. Items do not get clean no matter what setting I use. I've contacted LG numerous times with no resolution. When the wash cycle is over, some of the clothes are still dry because they are never fully submerged. It has a large capacity The water level never gets high enough to submerge all the clothes. Complete waste of money, going to have to buy a new washer.

My clothes look cleaner and fresher. The little tune signaling the cycle is over is like music to my ears. The dryer works quietly and efficiently as well. I highly recommend LG!

This washer I bought one week ago, and it is a life changer, I love the different cycles, and all my clothes have washed great so far. It’s important to note if you have a full load maybe to select deep wash. Best washing machine I have had in my lifetime. Remember to also remove the tray if your using powder soap. I have loaded large blankets/comforters and they have cleaned completely well. Great cycles and easy to operate. Very quiet, with a nice tune at the end of the cycle so you know your wash is complete.
