To help restore proper washing motion, we suggest performing a quick power reset by unplugging the washing machine from the wall outlet, pressing and holding the Start/Pause button for five seconds, plugging the unit back in, and trying a new cycle. Additionally, ensuring that the wash load is evenly balanced and not packed too tightly allows the agitator to sense the load size and move freely.
