For context I have had my treadmill 3 months. I did a lot of research on treadmills before landing on this one. I was specifically looking for something that was good for running, had a good length to it, and could handle a lot of miles and frequent use. This treadmill is substantial and does not bounce or jiggle at all. I was nervous about the screen bouncing, but it does not move at all. I love the screen size too - makes it easy to adjust and modify as needed. I had never used a subscription based program on a treadmill, so I was a bit hesitant at first about the iFIT subscription. I felt like I wouldn’t need or like the technology/bells and whistles. BUT, I will definitely wrong about that. Having iFIT programs has truly made my runs more enjoyable and a bit more challenging. The programs are set to simulate like you are running where your trainer is running so the treadmill inclines and declines if you are using one of the programs vs. just manually running. There is a manual feature, which is what I thought I would use more, but I am truly bought in on the iFIT training programs. I have been doing a running series through Costa Rica, and with it being winter and dreary, the tropical views and sunshine have been good for my soul. Again, not something I thought I needed, but that has been an added benefit to explore different cultures and countries while running. I also love that the screen turns and tilts, for off treadmill work which allows me see and follow the trainer. One other good nugget that I found was that you can have music playing in the background along with your trainer and you can control the volume settings of both so if you don’t want to hear the trainer or music you can turn them down or off completely. My tread also arrived REALLY quickly, which was a fun surprise. I have used my treadmill just about every day since I got it, and truly couldn’t be more happy with the purchase!

This treadmill has been a long time coming! When a friend showed me her Peloton recently, I realized I was only going to get back to serious exercise if I had equipment at home and had access to coaches and videos with a cool treadmill! With more research, I realized that NordicTrack was the better equipment for me. I love the IFIT programming and the ability to walk, run, and more around the world! In one day, I am running in Italy, stretching in Antarctica, and then meditating in Costa Rica. This is great motivation for me. In just 6 weeks, I am hooked now. I feel stronger and healthier. This is not your mom's treadmill-- this is WAY better!

We bought the NordicTrack 2450 treadmill April 2023 due to the software system could not be maintained on my older machine. I have no regrets with my purchase, and actually happy the software issue prompted me to make this decision. I really love my new treadmill, and the screen is huge. I’m on it 5/6 days a week, and have walked, ran, and hiked in countries with breathtaking views. It feels like I am right there. The programs are amazing, and Trainer’s exceptional! I workout with different Trainer’s, and switch up exercises to cover all areas/levels of fitness. I highly recommend NordicTrack equipment, along with a subscription to the extensive fitness library.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our NordicTrack Commercial 2450 - Not only does it help us get in shape, but, with the iFit subscription, it also allows us to see places in the world we would never dream of seeing!! Thank you NordicTrack for such a great product!

I purchased this treadmill about 6 weeks ago. I walk on it 6 days a week. I have already completed the Italy Walk for Fat Loss. Due to my asthma, it is sometimes difficult to walk in the humidity, wind, heat and cold., so this is perfect for me. My neighbor just bought one too!

It is very durable, allows me to focus on my training. All of the IFIT trainers are very knowledgeable and full of information. The training sessions are amazing and go by very quickly. Thank you Tanner Johnson for following up on my other Nordictrack equipment and introducing me to the 2450.

The treadmill itself is typical NordicTrack Quality. Well built, reliable, easy to use. The IFit interface software has some video clitches, and needs to be updated to be compatiable with Apple Fitness Apps. It would be nice to able to have communicate to the Apple watch and share data to its platform as well. The fitness programs and workouts are very good, and I find the instructors to pleasant, motivating and informative with the exercise programs as well as the venues where they are taking place.

I recently purchased a new treadmill and decided to order through Sam's Club since they offered the fastest delivery timeline compared to other retailers. I was eager to get my new treadmill set up as soon as possible. Sam's did exactly what they promised (no complaints at all). However, I quickly realized that the "white glove" service offered NordicTrack would have been worth the investment. With Sam's Club, the treadmill was simply delivered to my garage in a large, heavy, crated box. I then had to hire a company to get the box upstairs in my home (it's 300lbs). Lastly, assembly required two people, so I had to wait to get help and it still took almost two hours. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with the white glove service, even if it meant a slightly longer delivery time. While the faster delivery from Sam's Club was convenient, the lack of full-service delivery ended up costing me in the long run. If you're planning on keeping this anywhere other than the garage or are not a fan of a 14-step assembly process, I suggest you pause before buying at a different retailer (the price is the same everywhere).

If you like your treadmills to break every 6 months or so then this is the treadmill for you!! This is literally the worst treadmill I have owned. I'm on my 2nd one, in the last year and a half and it has broken again. Both times it's been the frame. I run on it 4-5 times a week, no more than 30-40 minutes. I really just want a reliable treadmill that I can use without it breaking down. These are not cheap machines and all I really want is a refund so I can purchase a more reliable brand. As someone who never writes reviews. . take it from me, look elsewhere for a treadmill. Do not buy this one.
