I purchased this treadmill mid-2023. My other treadmill had stopped working a few months before. Timing was awesome as the Sales team reached out to me that my old device wasn't supported by iFit any longer and offered better incentives than any other purchase option. I mean - quite a bit of a discount as I had been looking into a new machine for a while. Great sales team!!

We bought this to replace a 10-year-old Nordic Trac Elite 9500 Pro - which was one among some of the first internet enabled treadmills. Though the mechanical treadmill (a beast) was still going strong, the small 8" Android-based controller and its iFit underpinnings were starting to die. I liked the machine and wanted to replace with a newer generation machine from Nordic Track and chose the Commercial 2450. Though I liked the X series, the rear hinge design and additional incline capability would be too high to use in our standard ceiling height room. The 2450 and its 22" display are simply impressive. Big improvements to iFit interaction and I really enjoy the guided workouts. The iFit integration with the treadmill is excellent. If you're using the heart monitor, iFit has the capability to control pace. The additional iFit subscription is well worthwhile. After a year of use, I highly recommend the Commercial 2450. We are happy with both of the Nordic Track treadmills we have owned.

buying this Treadmill was one of the best investments I ever made for my health, having High Blood Pressure and Cholestrol, my Doctor kept telling me I needed to exercise more, and I tried walking/jogging outside but the weather doesn't always cooperate, now I have no excuses to improve my overall health, and it's so much more entertaining and challenging with iFit. Absolutely Love my 2450!

Delivery was fast and smooth. They showed up well within the window they said they were going to show up. Putting it together was mostly smooth with a few hiccups, but overall not bad. I did my first hike and the incline and decline was smooth and quiet. I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to more iFit workouts on it

I recently purchased a new treadmill and decided to order through Sam's Club since they offered the fastest delivery timeline compared to other retailers. I was eager to get my new treadmill set up as soon as possible. Sam's did exactly what they promised (no complaints at all). However, I quickly realized that the "white glove" service offered NordicTrack would have been worth the investment. With Sam's Club, the treadmill was simply delivered to my garage in a large, heavy, crated box. I then had to hire a company to get the box upstairs in my home (it's 300lbs). Lastly, assembly required two people, so I had to wait to get help and it still took almost two hours. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with the white glove service, even if it meant a slightly longer delivery time. While the faster delivery from Sam's Club was convenient, the lack of full-service delivery ended up costing me in the long run. If you're planning on keeping this anywhere other than the garage or are not a fan of a 14-step assembly process, I suggest you pause before buying at a different retailer (the price is the same everywhere).

I love this machine, but I didn't realize the incline was only 15% max. I am just starting to get back in shape, so 15% is fine for now, but I would like room to grow. Other than that, everything works flawlessly on this machine. Highly recommend for those who don't need more than 15% incline.

The NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill is a good treadmill for a home gym. The instructions for the treadmill were a bit confusing, but we were able to put it together correctly. I LOVE the iFit app. We signed up for the family plan and it's great that my husband and I can both have our own profiles for our workouts. The screen is plenty big on this treadmill--which is awesome for the workouts where you are hiking around the world because it makes it feel more realistic, but I didn't like how close I was to a screen that size while working out. The machine runs really smooth and isn't noisy at all. The treadmill inclines very smooth too. Overall, I like this treadmill and I am excited to continue to use it to workout, along with the iFit app. I was given this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I received this treadmill in exchange for my honest feedback. I have used this treadmill for various workouts including walking, HIIT, Hiking and endurance runs. Pro’s, especially for workout with changes in incline and speed is the ease of increase/ decrease. You can use the manual increase/ decrease or jump speed by using the numbers on the side. It happens quickly with no jumping or interference with your stride. Great for training and building running strength.

If you like your treadmills to break every 6 months or so then this is the treadmill for you!! This is literally the worst treadmill I have owned. I’m on my 2nd one, in the last year and a half and it has broken again. Both times it’s been the frame. I run on it 4-5 times a week, no more than 30-40 minutes. I really just want a reliable treadmill that I can use without it breaking down. These are not cheap machines and all I really want is a refund so I can purchase a more reliable brand. As someone who never writes reviews. . take it from me, look elsewhere for a treadmill. Do not buy this one.

I purchased my treadmill in February, set it up in April and since then I have had the incline frame replaced, the console replaced, and now the walking board is cracked all the way down the entire machine. I am getting a new part for that now, which is out of stock and out about a month. I have had so many software and mechanical problems, I would not purchase a NordicTrack product again.
