I have been using NordicTrack/IFit for 2 years and could not be happier with the results. This treadmill exceeded my expectations, nice big screen and I love the variety of programming and the various trainers featured. I am in the best shape of my life, in my late 40s because of NordicTrack. No need for a gym membership, and I have everything in the convenience of my own home.

I have always hated treadmill running. But this treadmill has a wider track and I love the big screen. Only wish the screen would angle back. Not just side to side. I also am enjoying the iFIT as the trainers give great tips. Also creating routes makes it more enjoyable.

I have been looking for a treadmill for my home for sometime and I have been looking at many brands and options. I ultimately decided to go with the NordicTrack 2450 because of the great screen and all of Nordic's content. Once we placed the order online for the treadmill, it showed up on our doorstep in 2 days and my husband assembled it pretty quickly. We are really happy with this treadmill and I highly recommend it. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Overall, the service was outstanding. The sales rep (Micah) discussed all of our options, clearly comparing the various models. We ultimately made our purchase based on our previous experience with a NordicTrack treadmill AND the excellent service we received from the sales rep. We love the treadmill.

This treadmill is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a variety of workouts, from running to hiking, with the guidance of expert iFit trainers. The 22-inch HD touchscreen is amazing, it delivers an immersive experience while streaming iFIT classes, and it can be tilted to follow workouts off the treadmill. The treadmill is very sturdy and stable, and it has a powerful motor that can handle varied speeds or inclines. The AutoAdjust tech is very convenient, as it allows the iFIT trainers to control the speed and incline of the treadmill during the workouts. Great brand, product, and results.

I recently purchased a new treadmill and decided to order through Sam's Club since they offered the fastest delivery timeline compared to other retailers. I was eager to get my new treadmill set up as soon as possible. Sam's did exactly what they promised (no complaints at all). However, I quickly realized that the "white glove" service offered NordicTrack would have been worth the investment. With Sam's Club, the treadmill was simply delivered to my garage in a large, heavy, crated box. I then had to hire a company to get the box upstairs in my home (it's 300lbs). Lastly, assembly required two people, so I had to wait to get help and it still took almost two hours. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with the white glove service, even if it meant a slightly longer delivery time. While the faster delivery from Sam's Club was convenient, the lack of full-service delivery ended up costing me in the long run. If you're planning on keeping this anywhere other than the garage or are not a fan of a 14-step assembly process, I suggest you pause before buying at a different retailer (the price is the same everywhere).

I have loved my treadmill. But I’m not an ifit user. I have a peloton account and many other fitness apps, I don’t want another. It’s too difficult to go through the screens about ifit classes to get to manual use. Other than that I’m extremely satisfied!

I bought the 2450 to replace an older Nordictrack treadmill that I had used weekly for about 10 years. The treadmill was still going strong but I wanted to upgrade for the screen and upgraded ifit functionality. I've used the 2450 for a few weeks now and the treadmill itself is great but I do have feedback about the IFit software and service. The touchscreen is really slow. I have to tap the screen multiple times to get taps to register. There is no feedback from buttons or anything highlighting when the screen is tapped and it's unclear in a lot of cases what is actually a button and what isn't. Touchscreens are not new technology at this point and for a screen this large to have these issues in the year 2023 seems like poor design or cutting corners. There's not an easy way to connect my apple watch to use as a heart rate monitor. That seems like a glaring oversight of a popular use case. It's impossible to turn off warmup in manual mode. I do warmups off the treadmill and it's unnecessary to tap multiple times to get the treadmill up to the speed I want to run at. Setup was not a challenge and took about 2 hours. The instructions were clear. It did require 2 people for some steps. I expect to use this treadmill for many years but I don't expect to stay signed up for the ifit service because of the poor usability and software of the service.

If you like your treadmills to break every 6 months or so then this is the treadmill for you!! This is literally the worst treadmill I have owned. I'm on my 2nd one, in the last year and a half and it has broken again. Both times it's been the frame. I run on it 4-5 times a week, no more than 30-40 minutes. I really just want a reliable treadmill that I can use without it breaking down. These are not cheap machines and all I really want is a refund so I can purchase a more reliable brand. As someone who never writes reviews. . take it from me, look elsewhere for a treadmill. Do not buy this one.

Within first two weeks, My 6ft 2", 235 husband was training on it and running when load popping followed by aggressive squeaking. Despite having the warranty and it was put together by Nordic track people, it has been really difficult to get a ticket into the right place. I finally thought I did and a weird generic message came back saying it is under warranty and we need to go to ifit. In general, I like the iFit work outs and I can do them if I stay under seven and hold on as the surface is not even and is bouncy. The TV screen on this model is big and that is great but it is low for my 5 ft 7 " height. It's not adjustable. I think the programming for the ifit screen could do with a bit more user-friendly help it's tough to find the full series if you are trying to follow a plan and need flexibility.
