We bought this to replace a 10-year-old Nordic Trac Elite 9500 Pro - which was one among some of the first internet enabled treadmills. Though the mechanical treadmill (a beast) was still going strong, the small 8" Android-based controller and its iFit underpinnings were starting to die. I liked the machine and wanted to replace with a newer generation machine from Nordic Track and chose the Commercial 2450. Though I liked the X series, the rear hinge design and additional incline capability would be too high to use in our standard ceiling height room. The 2450 and its 22" display are simply impressive. Big improvements to iFit interaction and I really enjoy the guided workouts. The iFit integration with the treadmill is excellent. If you're using the heart monitor, iFit has the capability to control pace. The additional iFit subscription is well worthwhile. After a year of use, I highly recommend the Commercial 2450. We are happy with both of the Nordic Track treadmills we have owned.

I purchased this treadmill mid-2023. My other treadmill had stopped working a few months before. Timing was awesome as the Sales team reached out to me that my old device wasn't supported by iFit any longer and offered better incentives than any other purchase option. I mean - quite a bit of a discount as I had been looking into a new machine for a while. Great sales team!!

This is my second 2450 and I absolutely LOVE it with the new updates. I love the increased screen size, I feel so completely immersed in the workouts. I love how IFit coaches take me running all over the world! The machine is sleek and solid. Much higher quality than any gym treadmill I’ve ever used. I love everything NordicTrack and this update to their 2450 does not disappoint! I would buy it again a hundred times.

I finally invested in myself and I don’t regret it! I love the workouts and how real it feels, plus you learn a lot about the places and working out in general! I have the 2450 but probably could’ve gotten the one with the smaller screen and would’ve been fine but I love mine!

We bought the NordicTrack 2450 treadmill April 2023 due to the software system could not be maintained on my older machine. I have no regrets with my purchase, and actually happy the software issue prompted me to make this decision. I really love my new treadmill, and the screen is huge. I’m on it 5/6 days a week, and have walked, ran, and hiked in countries with breathtaking views. It feels like I am right there. The programs are amazing, and Trainer’s exceptional! I workout with different Trainer’s, and switch up exercises to cover all areas/levels of fitness. I highly recommend NordicTrack equipment, along with a subscription to the extensive fitness library.

Just purchased my NT 2450, waited a couple months to really get a feel for the treadmill. I must say I am very happy with this treadmill. The iFIT programming is seamless. All of my blue tooth products integrate well with the machine. I use the treadmill at 4-5 times a week, run outside twice a week. Really has made a difference in my endurance and saved the wear and tear on my arthritic knee pain. I highly recommend this treadmill!

Delivery was not as described. Instructions explained having IFIT account set up online so delivery personnel could assist in set up but they plugged it in and left. My first workout was spent attempting to contact customer support which went for 15 min until I gave up and dove into the assembly instructions. Every step I took would slow the treadmill down and then speed back up. I weigh 200 pounds so well below the weight limit. I adjusted the tension as discovered in the manual and it improved. Then I discovered that the speed/distance is off 10%. Treadmill reads 6mph but is actually 5.5. At this price point I was hoping for better. I sent a message through IFIT through the app several days ago but have still not heard back. I’m really hoping this is a correctable issue.

Love the machine with the exception that when your site is down, the machine can't power on and run on it's own. Most of the time not a huge deal, but after spending a good deal of money, I do worry that if NordicTrack ever went out of business, I'd have a large footstool in my basement that is only good for hanging cloths on it.

Treadmill is noisy when running. Screen wobbles. Ifit is laggy and resolution on workouts is not very good. Like they were filmed with an old cell phone. Do not like the controls. They should be actual buttons for the manual controls. NordicTrack makes it very expensive to return if not satisfied.

This treadmill is really nice and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for a technical issue. If your wifi goes down or it tires to connect to the wrong network it gets and error you have to do a hard reset - which isn’t easy to do. There should be a way to set the network you want but there isn’t. I love the iFit programming. Overall great buy.
