I really live my machine with all the trainkng and trainer. They kinda keep my into my training and want to keep going. The only downside is the lagging. My WiFi speed is around 600 Mbits upload and download right beside my machine but still have some lagging in the video.

This treadmill comes with a really nice monitor. You might think that with such a nice monitor, you could easily stream whatever app you wanted to watch. But Nordictrack restricts it to only iFit. I’m sure they must have a deal with iFit, or they own it, who knows. I just know it’s very disappointing to have that restriction on such an expensive piece of equipment. There are apparently ways to hack around this roadblock, but I shouldn’t have to. No way I would by this treadmill again.

it was not very easy to setup and it was disappointing with the shipping process in receiving it with no advanced warning and we were out of town. The unit is good to use with I Fit, but it is hard to find what I am looking for as far as the exercise is concerned.

We enjoyed the very responsive support on line to our queries by the customer folks, Jordan Hill. This went a long way for a smooth delivery, assembly and integration in our iFIT subscription. Well done Jordan and team. Having someone to e mail goes a long way.

I’m not one to take the time to write reviews. I read them, rarely do I feel compelled to write one. I LOVE this treadmill. And while the treadmill itself is great, what makes it LIFE CHANGING is the content and trainers on IFIT. I know everyone raves about classes on competing platforms, but I find, the content on IFIT to be infinitely superior. 1) it’s for everyone, there is a training plan designed and curated for exactly where you are at in your journey, on demand. 2) there is so much variety in the trainers themselves which keeps it fresh and entertaining, and it’s not just running its yoga, mediation, and so much more 3) we all expect words of encouragement and general fitness advice as we train, and this gives me that, but it goes so much further. I get tidbits of what I would characterize as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness training too. And to think I thought I was just buying a running machine. Instead I have an access point to total mind body wellness and I’m so grateful.

Would like to give a shout out to Cameron Jensen . This guy was a big help purchasing our treadmill. Even after the sale was over. I called him a couple more times with some questions I needed answered. He was a big help. I’m sure if I need anything else in the future he will help me.

I bought the 2450 to replace an older Nordictrack treadmill that I had used weekly for about 10 years. The treadmill was still going strong but I wanted to upgrade for the screen and upgraded ifit functionality. I've used the 2450 for a few weeks now and the treadmill itself is great but I do have feedback about the IFit software and service. The touchscreen is really slow. I have to tap the screen multiple times to get taps to register. There is no feedback from buttons or anything highlighting when the screen is tapped and it's unclear in a lot of cases what is actually a button and what isn't. Touchscreens are not new technology at this point and for a screen this large to have these issues in the year 2023 seems like poor design or cutting corners. There's not an easy way to connect my apple watch to use as a heart rate monitor. That seems like a glaring oversight of a popular use case. It's impossible to turn off warmup in manual mode. I do warmups off the treadmill and it's unnecessary to tap multiple times to get the treadmill up to the speed I want to run at. Setup was not a challenge and took about 2 hours. The instructions were clear. It did require 2 people for some steps. I expect to use this treadmill for many years but I don't expect to stay signed up for the ifit service because of the poor usability and software of the service.

Physically the treadmill is wonderful. The mat it comes with is not. It wore through in less than 2 months and now I rest it on vibration dampening pads. The running views and courses are wonderful but have two features I wish were enhanced. First, get some longer runs! ;) There are only a handful of runs that go more than 1:30min…. I need these for marathon training. At a minimum have a button that says “keep on running!” So you don’t have to stop, go through screens (wait for what feels like an eternity) before you can run again. Super frustrating to have to forcibly stop when you are in great stride. Second, have a first person view. I usually turn off the sound since I don’t need the trainer to be jaw jacking the whole time- and why run behind them all the time? Maybe have a first person view to experience the run by yourself. Please have a smoother video and snappier menu experience. All these menus should load fast and be crisp- especially at this price point. And have quality streaming- skippy frames???! In pleased with the treadmill but these improvements should be incorporated :)

This treadmill has been a long time coming! When a friend showed me her Peloton recently, I realized I was only going to get back to serious exercise if I had equipment at home and had access to coaches and videos with a cool treadmill! With more research, I realized that NordicTrack was the better equipment for me. I love the IFIT programming and the ability to walk, run, and more around the world! In one day, I am running in Italy, stretching in Antarctica, and then meditating in Costa Rica. This is great motivation for me. In just 6 weeks, I am hooked now. I feel stronger and healthier. This is not your mom's treadmill-- this is WAY better!

1. Treadmill works great. Belt skips at 2.5 and below. 2. The operating system is extremely slow. Recommend updating or upgrading. This is my biggest complaint. Takes forever to get started and navigate through menus. 3. Needs added features: Manual workouts should save to “my workouts,” ability for a guest to use the machine without registering an email. 4. Screen should be a little higher, or add the ability to raise it up. You have to look down at the screen while running.
