I am kind of shocked I am the first person to leave a review of this treadmill. My wife and I are building out our first-ever home gym and a tread was one of the key items to have for us. We have been using cheaper treads in the past. I also travel a lot for work and get used to many different hotel gyms. Knowing what we know from experience, we wanted a treadmill that would store easily in a smaller space, be comfortable to run on the tread, have plenty of space when folded up, and have one-touch controls with a big screen. Look no further honestly. It shocked me the first time how responsive the belt and motor were and how well the controls responded. This review is incentivized for a clear and honest review of this product, but still worth every penny.

My husband ordered this treadmill for me in December. So far we are absolutely loving it! It is user friendly and the tech support through iFit and NordicTrack has been nothing short of amazing! The programs on the treadmill are perfect for all levels - Walking, running, training programs. We defiantly recommend purchasing this unit.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my treadmill. It was easy to assemble and get connected to the iFit app. It performs as expected. Wish it would keep a history of my bio metrics and achieved goals. Also wish the monitor would tilt back so I’m not looking down awkwardly at the monitor, as I am 6’1”.

Great treadmill to fit my needs. Building up new gym, and needed something for space saving purposes. This does just that. Also like that the screen pivots and tilts to allow other workouts to be performed and best view while running. Great features, and love the big screen. This is an incentivized review

I purchased the Commercial 2450 in June 2023. I have loved everything about it. The 22" monitor is perfect (although it took me a little while to get used to as it is so big) and the machine functions very well. I mostly use the treadmill with iFit trainer led videos (running all around the world); I really like that the speed and incline are adjusted automatically based on the program. It pushes me to do things out of my comfort zone that I might not normally do. I also occasionally do manual runs. I like the feature that it folds up while not in use, which is not very often with NJ winters. I can't speak to how easy it is to set up initially as I had it done professionally... worth the extra money if you ask me. I highly recommend the 2450 and the iFit membership.

This has been an excellent upgrade from our previous treadmill. I love the large screen with incredible IFIT content to go along with it. The miles go by so much quicker with trainers taking you all across the world. I am looking forward to exploring more of the content that is available. This was an incentivized review.

This is a truly awesome treadmill. It is so convenient having it in my house. The iFit is an awesome program and can support any level of fitness from beginner walker to advanced runner. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is great! If I was a Human Factors Engineer (HFE) , the only additions I would make is the ability to stream apps such as NETFLIX, MAX, etc. to watch programs while exercising and tilt the screen to accomodate for individual height of the person using the machine. Agian, I would highly recommend the NordicTrack 2450 and very happy with NordiTrack that I have plans of purchasing the Fusion CST Studio real soon.

For me, at 6 ft. 5 with a troublesome knee, the walking features are where this machine truly excels. The spacious deck and cushioning technology provide a comfortable surface that's gentle on my knee, allowing me to stride without added strain. The variable incline features add intensity without the painful impact of running. I can adjust the slope to mimic a challenging hike without leaving the comfort of my home, getting my heart rate up and challenging my muscles without aggravating my knee. The treadmill's sturdiness is impressive. At 220 pounds, stability is crucial, and this machine really holds up. The touchscreen interface is user-friendly, allowing me to adjust settings easily mid-workout. What keeps me going back every day is the iFit hiking feature. As someone who enjoys the great outdoors but needs to be mindful of my knee, this aspect has opened a whole new world. The ability to virtually trek through stunning landscapes, guided by experienced hikers, is exhilarating. It's like taking a hike through picturesque trails worldwide while being conscious of my knee's limitations—a perfect blend of enjoyment and consideration for my fitness journey. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

The streaming quality of ifit is horrible. It’s not in HD. It freezes and skips. I have a peloton bike in the same room as the treadmill and it streams perfectly. Tried for over a month to get it fixed but it still has never worked. All of the people I have talked over the phone are very nice but they basically have admitted it doesn’t work. It’s amazing that the website and advertisements for ifit show perfect HD streaming. I truly feel I’ve been fleeced and would never recommend Nordictrack to any one because of this.

The machine was delivered without some parts. It's been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone by phone to fix it (on hold for hours and hours) I also had problems with delivery (It took six weeks - and many no-show appointments) This has been the worst purchase experience of my life.
