Overall, the service was outstanding. The sales rep (Micah) discussed all of our options, clearly comparing the various models. We ultimately made our purchase based on our previous experience with a NordicTrack treadmill AND the excellent service we received from the sales rep. We love the treadmill.

The NordicTrack treadmill itself seems to be a good unit. I have found the incline/decline option to be really great and its built pretty well. But the pairing with iFIT is super clunky and causes numerous loading issues, machine locking up, heart rate recording issues etc. I would not recommend this treadmill because of this. I paid a lot of money for a lot of hassle.

I had an older NordicTrack 2150 that served me well for a longtime. When it was finally time to upgrade I went with a new 2450. This has all the latest bells and whistles, and if you are using iFIT then the large screen will prove to be fantastic. The incline motor is nearly silent and the main belt motor is noticeably quieter than my older model as well. Overall, this is a great product that should provide many years of use. I'm very happy with the purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this model to others.

I am so glad I took the leap and purchased the Commercial 2450 Treadmill this year! I love how the iFit workouts pair seamlessly with my HR Monitor armband. I’m on a new adventure visiting amazing places around the world with every workout! The time flies by and am noticing the benefits of exercise and improved heart health. Thank you!!!

The treadmill itself is typical NordicTrack Quality. Well built, reliable, easy to use. The IFit interface software has some video clitches, and needs to be updated to be compatiable with Apple Fitness Apps. It would be nice to able to have communicate to the Apple watch and share data to its platform as well. The fitness programs and workouts are very good, and I find the instructors to pleasant, motivating and informative with the exercise programs as well as the venues where they are taking place.

What an amazing machine...quality build, incline/decline, video and iFit...great package. NordicTrack really did a super job creating a treadmill that I motivates me to exercise. Key to this is iFit. I can not emphasis enough how fun and easy to use iFit is. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one, if you're looking for a treadmill that will be fun and motivational.

My husband and I purchased the 2450 during the Labor Day sale. The machine was delivered and set up in perfect operating order. We immediately signed up for our iFit membership and began using the treadmill. I've never used a smoother, sturdier treadmill. My husband and I are both in our 60s and have thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the machine and the fun we are having using it. Yes, I said, "fun!" The iFit workouts are great and we love the way the machine safely auto adjusts its speed and incline based on the trainer's workout. We've missed very few days of workouts since we got the treadmill. We have both gained muscle mass and lost weight in the process. Do yourself a favor and buy this machine! You won't regret it. It's worth every penny. I'd also like to give a shout out to some of our favorite trainers: Paulo Barreto, Hannah Eden, Chris and Stacie Clark, and Tommy Rivs. You are all world class! Thank you for enriching our lives.

I purchased this with intention of losing some weight and getting into some kind of shape for my wife and myself. Not only did it deliver but I am totally hooked. I was skeptical of the IFIT program but now that I look back on it, the IFIT program really motivates you and there is a trainer for almost anything you want to do. It’s like having a walking/ running partner whenever you need one. Customer service has been stellar and I would recommend this machine to anyone that seriously wants to make a commitment to a better healthier life.

This is my second 2450 treadmill. The first one was a 2014 vintage, it's a good treadmill. We gave it to our son and he really likes it. We purchased our new 2450 with great expectations. I like the touch screen it's the perfect size not to big and not small. The Screen is a great delivery tool for the awesome iFit programs. The iFit trainers and the locations they travel to are amazing. The workouts are inspiring, motivating and challenge you to return to see what's up next. The new 2450 has the active pulse feature. This is a nice improvement and keeps you in a specific hart rate zone when exercising, when used with iFit Smartbeat. This pulse feature is in its bata stage, after some small tweaks it has the potential of being a must have valuable tool. We also like how the screen swivel's for those off machine exercise sessions. I'm very happy with my new NordicTrack 2450. Thank you NordicTrack/iFit for all of your outstanding support and keeping me motivated.

Large (expected) treadmill with lots of options (if you subscripe to iFIT). Very happy with it so far, belt is large, screen is VERY large, speakers are loud if you don't want to link bluetooth headphones and the added decline is a nice touch. You must have iFIT to use any of the videos but they are pretty cool with the way they automatically adjust your speed and incline to match the running in the video. There is a very large library of options that seems to get updated very frequently. I don't expect to run the same video twice. Would like the screen to be compatible to link to a phone to watch other things while you run if you don't feel like training on iFIT but that is the only "con" so far. Overall family loves it.
