The NordicTrack treadmill itself seems to be a good unit. I have found the incline/decline option to be really great and its built pretty well. But the pairing with iFIT is super clunky and causes numerous loading issues, machine locking up, heart rate recording issues etc. I would not recommend this treadmill because of this. I paid a lot of money for a lot of hassle.

My husband and I purchased the 2450 during the Labor Day sale. The machine was delivered and set up in perfect operating order. We immediately signed up for our iFit membership and began using the treadmill. I've never used a smoother, sturdier treadmill. My husband and I are both in our 60s and have thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the machine and the fun we are having using it. Yes, I said, "fun!" The iFit workouts are great and we love the way the machine safely auto adjusts its speed and incline based on the trainer's workout. We've missed very few days of workouts since we got the treadmill. We have both gained muscle mass and lost weight in the process. Do yourself a favor and buy this machine! You won't regret it. It's worth every penny. I'd also like to give a shout out to some of our favorite trainers: Paulo Barreto, Hannah Eden, Chris and Stacie Clark, and Tommy Rivs. You are all world class! Thank you for enriching our lives.

The machine was delivered without some parts. It's been IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone by phone to fix it (on hold for hours and hours) I also had problems with delivery (It took six weeks - and many no-show appointments) This has been the worst purchase experience of my life.

I researched treadmills for months trying to find one I’d like. After tons of research and comparing treadmills from all different companies (you can also view these videos on YouTube), I decided to go with this one for the money + features. When you compare this treadmill with others, it has better features (and the huge screen is a plus!) We have had this treadmill now for 4 weeks I’d say - and everyone in my family unit (include my 9 year old) loves the treadmill. It makes it so easy to make our health a priority. I was scared I would regret making this purchase due to some negative comments I found of the company…. But I literally have no complaints!!! I also paid to get it put together which was an amazing perk to have. I really like that you can follow the trainer and let them take over your machine when it comes to incline + pace for the IFit walk / hike / run OR do it yourself. Out of all the treadmills I’ve tried, owned, and looked at - THIS ONE is simply amazing.

I am so glad I took the leap and purchased the Commercial 2450 Treadmill this year! I love how the iFit workouts pair seamlessly with my HR Monitor armband. I’m on a new adventure visiting amazing places around the world with every workout! The time flies by and am noticing the benefits of exercise and improved heart health. Thank you!!!

This is a truly awesome treadmill. It is so convenient having it in my house. The iFit is an awesome program and can support any level of fitness from beginner walker to advanced runner. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is great! If I was a Human Factors Engineer (HFE) , the only additions I would make is the ability to stream apps such as NETFLIX, MAX, etc. to watch programs while exercising and tilt the screen to accomodate for individual height of the person using the machine. Agian, I would highly recommend the NordicTrack 2450 and very happy with NordiTrack that I have plans of purchasing the Fusion CST Studio real soon.

I had an older NordicTrack 2150 that served me well for a longtime. When it was finally time to upgrade I went with a new 2450. This has all the latest bells and whistles, and if you are using iFIT then the large screen will prove to be fantastic. The incline motor is nearly silent and the main belt motor is noticeably quieter than my older model as well. Overall, this is a great product that should provide many years of use. I'm very happy with the purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this model to others.

Large (expected) treadmill with lots of options (if you subscripe to iFIT). Very happy with it so far, belt is large, screen is VERY large, speakers are loud if you don't want to link bluetooth headphones and the added decline is a nice touch. You must have iFIT to use any of the videos but they are pretty cool with the way they automatically adjust your speed and incline to match the running in the video. There is a very large library of options that seems to get updated very frequently. I don't expect to run the same video twice. Would like the screen to be compatible to link to a phone to watch other things while you run if you don't feel like training on iFIT but that is the only "con" so far. Overall family loves it.

I am kind of shocked I am the first person to leave a review of this treadmill. My wife and I are building out our first-ever home gym and a tread was one of the key items to have for us. We have been using cheaper treads in the past. I also travel a lot for work and get used to many different hotel gyms. Knowing what we know from experience, we wanted a treadmill that would store easily in a smaller space, be comfortable to run on the tread, have plenty of space when folded up, and have one-touch controls with a big screen. Look no further honestly. It shocked me the first time how responsive the belt and motor were and how well the controls responded. This review is incentivized for a clear and honest review of this product, but still worth every penny.

The Commercial 2450 is my second NordicTrack treadmill and definitely my favorite! The design comfortably accommodates runners / walkers of all sizes. It's comfortable for me (a petite runner) and my very tall husband. The tread surface is comfortable, the IFit workouts are great, and the screen is easy to adjust to ensure a comfortable experience without straining while running / walking. Highly recommend this treadmill!
