We have only had this machine for a few weeks but so far I have enjoyed running in Portugal, Costa RIca and Tanzania! The 2450 is powerful yet not excessively loud and also easy on the knees; the degree of incline is so great and seamless in its' transitions. The delivery was prompt, respectful, and set up was fast and very neat. They also graciously removed my very heavy old treadmill. Tanner, my salesperson, was so helpful - met with me virtually and then answered several follow up emails, each almost immediately. So far, an excellent purchase and with a package of 5 iFIT accounts, helping my entire family be healthier!

Have used for 2 month now. Have had to replace front roller. Had to install myself because the manufactures warranty wont send out a service technician. Was told the part could be replaced in about 10 minutes. Actual time was closer to 90 minutes. Still have a terrible cricking sound sound. Have been passed around like a dirty diaper trying to get some resolution on this issue.

Seriously, I don’t know what took NordicTrack so long to develop a treadmill with a tilt and swivel screen, but I am so happy that they finally did!  And they didn’t skimp, they gave us a 22” HD screen – so perfect for following some of the iFit trainers in various locations shot around the world.  I have been waiting for the swivel/tilt because with my previous NordicTrack treadmill, it was difficult to see the screen from my yoga mat when trying to follow some iFit workouts.  I can see and follow so easily now!  Another feature I appreciate is the updated safety key.  Previous models have a flat magnet connection that I often knocked off accidentally with my hand while running.  Let me tell you, it is not fun to have the treadmill come to an abrupt stop in the middle of a run because it thinks I’ve tanked it off the treadmill belt.  This new safety key has two prongs that insert into the indented magnet connection on the treadmill.  It will still pull out if I do indeed take a nose-dive but will otherwise be able to withstand my clumsy hands hitting it.  I have no concerns with NordicTrack’s treadmills because they are always so reliable and high-quality.  So if you can afford the price-point, I would say buy it!  I received mine at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

My old model 1750 died and decided to upgrade to the new model 2450. What a difference! Love the big screen, the elevation goes up and down so much faster. Prior the program would kick up your speed after coming off a high elevation but would take 30 seconds to go back to level. Know I dont know if it even takes 10 seconds. Controls are mostly the same. My one complaint would be that I wished the fan was adjustable. Right now it hits me in the belly and I'm only 6'. I would like to adjust higher to hit my face. So far enjoying it very much.

Our NordicTrack Commercial 2450 replaced a machine we've had for more than a decade... and it is a significant upgrade! Very solid construction, beautiful high-resolution screen that makes guided-runs / hikes so enjoyable, and very easy controls to adjust incline and speed. This machine reminds me of those we used to use at our health club... except this one comes with a staggering amount of content (with modest subscription) for guided experiences that range from interval running to hikes. It's so easy to get lost in the scenery and coaching while getting great workout. While this is an incentivized review, I have recommended this machine to my friends.

I love this. We replaced our old treadmill and so much prefer this new professional level quality. Smoother, faster, more levels. I never used my old treadmill, but am using this daily now. I was given this product at a discount to write my honest review.

After researching a lot of treadmills, I am so happy I selected my NordicTrack. the sturdy construction makes me feel safe, the controls are easy to use and the iFit workouts are great! I use both the iFit programs and the manual mode and couldn't be happier with my choice.

We bought the 2450 and iFit subscription thinking that it would be a good supplement to other training programs and that maybe the iFit workouts would be a decent distraction. In fact, the auto adjust tread workouts and the live form feedback (and huge variety of styles and locations) have transformed treadmill workouts for us. No boredom, constant variety, increased challenge - it's a brilliant system and we couldn't be happier.

This is a high quality and solid piece of machine. It is a key element for my workout routine and I am very happy with its purchase. Jordan Hill provided me great customer support prior and after the purchasing process. He was respectful and flexible with my needs and timings and he made sure the equipment was received in perfect shape and it has been functioning properly throughout the time. I highly recommend the 2450 model if you are looking for a robust and reliable treadmill.

After doing substantial research and comparisons with other high-end treadmills, I decided to go with the new 2450. I purchased this treadmill in January 2024 and have now been using it for 5 months. It’s initial purpose was to keep my training on track during inclement weather where it wasn’t safe to go outside (thunderstorms, tropical storms, hurricanes, severe winter storms) or during those seasonal transition weeks where it’s super dark still at 6 am/5pm (my area isn’t known for its pedestrian-friendly drivers), or when we’re in heat advisories on long run days. Not only did this treadmill get used during those times, but even more often than intended! I used to HATE and dread the treadmill—no more!! The iFit membership has been awesome with the guided/scenic runs but beyond the runs—it even assists in strength, recovery, and yoga to help mitigate injury. PLUS—you do not need an iFit membership to use the treadmill at all if you don’t find it useful or need to save some on expenses. I cannot recommend this treadmill enough! The large screen keeps me engaged and the quietness of the unit doesn’t make me worry about waking up the rest of household if I opt to use it during those times when most are sleeping, especially when I use my Bluetooth headphones. There’s only a couple of items I wish it had—but rumor has it those features are in Beta now, so soon, this Cadillac of treadmills will be more than I could’ve asked for! No more “dreadmill” for me—I look forward to using it!
