I love this machine, but I didn't realize the incline was only 15% max. I am just starting to get back in shape, so 15% is fine for now, but I would like room to grow. Other than that, everything works flawlessly on this machine. Highly recommend for those who don't need more than 15% incline.

I like it. But my incline does not go up much at all and repair options are not easy to find. Also after I ordered someone called and I signed up for an iFit membership at a special price, but it didn't kick in and my membership ended after 30 days and I had to sign back up at regular price. I spent a long time deciding between this and Peloton. Not sure I made the right choice.

The treadmill is fantastic and we are enjoying the convenience of getting a workout in our home. iFIT is a surprising plus as we were skeptical going in - the only thing I am not too crazy about is the Google Maps option, too choppy and not consistent. Other than that, so far so good!

We enjoyed the very responsive support on line to our queries by the customer folks, Jordan Hill. This went a long way for a smooth delivery, assembly and integration in our iFIT subscription. Well done Jordan and team. Having someone to e mail goes a long way.

Seriously, I don’t know what took NordicTrack so long to develop a treadmill with a tilt and swivel screen, but I am so happy that they finally did!  And they didn’t skimp, they gave us a 22” HD screen – so perfect for following some of the iFit trainers in various locations shot around the world.  I have been waiting for the swivel/tilt because with my previous NordicTrack treadmill, it was difficult to see the screen from my yoga mat when trying to follow some iFit workouts.  I can see and follow so easily now!  Another feature I appreciate is the updated safety key.  Previous models have a flat magnet connection that I often knocked off accidentally with my hand while running.  Let me tell you, it is not fun to have the treadmill come to an abrupt stop in the middle of a run because it thinks I’ve tanked it off the treadmill belt.  This new safety key has two prongs that insert into the indented magnet connection on the treadmill.  It will still pull out if I do indeed take a nose-dive but will otherwise be able to withstand my clumsy hands hitting it.  I have no concerns with NordicTrack’s treadmills because they are always so reliable and high-quality.  So if you can afford the price-point, I would say buy it!  I received mine at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

Love the treadmill itself but the touchscreen interface is terrible. Bluetooth is horrible . I have to re sync my headphones every time I use my treadmill which frustrating. If I leave my treadmill on where is goes Into standby mode the screen will lock up and the Ifit program will not load causing me to have to totally reset the monitor and start over like I was just setting it up . The only power option is a master switch located on the front of the machine at the base. Customer service is not very knowledgeable in any of these issues.. Fix these issues and it’s gets 5 stars.

The Commercial 2450 is my second NordicTrack treadmill and definitely my favorite! The design comfortably accommodates runners / walkers of all sizes. It's comfortable for me (a petite runner) and my very tall husband. The tread surface is comfortable, the IFit workouts are great, and the screen is easy to adjust to ensure a comfortable experience without straining while running / walking. Highly recommend this treadmill!

We have had not nothing but video skipping issues since day one with our treadmill. Nordictrack has tried several times to correct the issue by sending a new console and hard restart but to no avail. I’m being told this is a software issue. It needs to be resolved asap.

We have only had this machine for a few weeks but so far I have enjoyed running in Portugal, Costa RIca and Tanzania! The 2450 is powerful yet not excessively loud and also easy on the knees; the degree of incline is so great and seamless in its' transitions. The delivery was prompt, respectful, and set up was fast and very neat. They also graciously removed my very heavy old treadmill. Tanner, my salesperson, was so helpful - met with me virtually and then answered several follow up emails, each almost immediately. So far, an excellent purchase and with a package of 5 iFIT accounts, helping my entire family be healthier!

My wife and I are getting close to retirement age and empty nesters in the very near future. Having this tread mill has really helped us start working on our health for the future. I would encourage others needing just a little assistance working on a daily work out to try this machine. Note: we did purchase the iFit and truly are ejoying the coaching/workouts.
