These dumplings are SO GOOD. I have eaten at Din Tai Fung, a famous dim sum restaurant known for its xiaolongbao, in Taipei. I bit into that restaurant dumpling and immediately thought it tasted just like the ones from Sam's Club. Except I didnt have to wait 90 minutes to be seated to eat them. So so so good

All those reviews that said it's not good either has never had a soup dumpling at a real Chinese restaurant or did not steam it properly. You have to make sure the water is on a medium rolling boil. Water must be boiling before you place steamer tray over it. If you over steam, they won't be good either. Space dumplings 1 in apart. Do not overcrowd the steamer, so the steam can surround your dumpling.

Love a soup dumpling. However they were really stuck together to the point you'd have to make the whole bag or dethaw everytime you want a dumpling. The dumplings broke when trying to get a few which completely ruins the soup dumpling. They were also much smaller than I was expecting. Great taste.
