I had the same experience as another reviewer, I get delivery, and even though it's winter, by the time I get my stuff, it's started to thaw. I put these right away in the freezer, but when I took them out they were all frozen in a big mass, I couldn't find a way to thaw and separate them nicely, so the only way I could tell if these are as delicious as everyone says, is to use them IMMEDIATELY after receiving my delivery. Freezing after delivery means a frozen mash that isn't that delicious when cooked, it could be worse, definitely not what you want. I am going to take the steamed mass of former dumplings and make a wonton soup, hopefully that'll be a way to have not wasted my money....Sad this seems to happen to people. Not sure of a fix if you live in Chicago and have one of the usual tiny freezers...

Love a soup dumpling. However they were really stuck together to the point you'd have to make the whole bag or dethaw everytime you want a dumpling. The dumplings broke when trying to get a few which completely ruins the soup dumpling. They were also much smaller than I was expecting. Great taste.

Dry they are not good at all.
