These came highly recommended and rated so was happy to find at Sam's. Easy to cook in a steamer, nice parchment included. Steamed 11 minutes as directed and rest 1 minute. Tops of dumplings not cooked. Steamed an extra 2 minutes. Got 2 with gristle in the meat, very unpleasant. So little broth it's hard to call these a soup dumpling. The broth didn't leak out, it was just moist, very little liquid on my spoon. Really a 3.5 star because they were easy and dough was decent

Not really what I expected by the packaging. I cooked them as instructed but they didn't turn out very well. They did have a good flavor

Delicious! Easy to make. Comes with paper to put on bottom of the steamer for easy remove without sticking.

Made best with a steamer on the stove! But they are so flavorful, especially if you hit it with a little chili crisp oil. It's so yummy!

These are delicious. One of the best soup dumplings I’ve tried. Flavorful, easy to cook. I like that it’s packed with filling and broth.
