Contrary to many reviews the safe arrived in perfect condition, no dents or scratches. Instructions were easy to follow and I soon entered my own code. We loaded it with our trust documents, contents of our safe deposit box, and other valuables, ready for the movers to move us to Arizona. We like that the safe is heavy enough to discourage most would-be thieves without having to be bolted to the floor.

Great safe, I did a much needed 35-year upgrade. My old safe was too small and was not waterproof. I Love the digital keypad, very easy to open.

Great size for all of our documents; wish container held hanging folders, it is a bit wider than a standard hanging folder.

This safe is a good size for my need. It was not easy to open at first. The Instruction sticker on the front of the save, has you scan the QCode which took you to several videos on how to open your safe, however, the key they refer to is inside the safe It probably would have been more helpful if the video started off on how to open the safe to retrieve the key that is inside! Batteries should be the first topic and then opening with the code.

So a lot of reviewers complain about the moisture, the poor locking mechanism etc... I think the safe is an excellent value.. it allows us to keep some valuables and necessary papers etc in a safe environment.. the safe is weighty enough that someone would have a difficult time walking off with it.. We actually have this in the corner of my home office with a lamp on it... an end table use!.. we just need more room then a strongbox but not as large as a refrigerator! Love the fact that there is a drawer, it’s lighted , and compartments for passports etc.. don’t forget to use desiccant... all safes need it!

Research! Not a really good burglar safe. Locking Fire box. Shows the pullout drawer & file folder but did not mention whether it came with the unit or not. They are included.

Safe had dents across top back. Called and was told that dents would not effect warranty. I wanted to return it but decided not because it weighed to much to easily handle.
