good product but when you have an issue it is very hard to communicate for a lot of countries beyond UK Canada or US. My batteries are dead after two weeks (on their best) i replace them. The seller in Cyprus it seems that he is not authorized. Plus i cannot find any email address to contact with the support team, if there is any!

I bought this safe about 2 weeks ago and so far, really love this safe! Pros: Good size for the money Fireproof & waterproof Interior Light Comes with a trays for easy organization Master code can be changed & secondary code can be added Cons: Light only stays on for about 10-15 seconds Key is only secondary lock - Key WILL NOT OPEN SAFE!! Overall, really love my new safe but really seems useless that the key is only a secondary lock but dont even open the safe! Just better make sure you keep 4 extra AAA's laying around so you can open your safe!

My Safe arrived and as I tried to open it for the first time, the door hand just detached and pulled out. I called customer service who assured me it was an unusual occurrence so I am returning for a replacement. Otherwise it appears to be of good build. I also thought the key was an alternative locking option independent of the keypad in case the latter ever failed but it seems to be a additional locking mechanism to the keypad.

I needed a safe for our documents and some important stuff to keep safe and secure and I saw this at Costco selling at a really good price so I grabbed it. So far no problems, easy set up, manual was pretty easy to follow (manual covers different models) just as long as you’re reading about the right model. I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase, no regrets whatsoever. First safe I bought from the company so hopefully it will be a great purchase.

Hopefully I will never have to test the features or quality of this safe as I assume it will perform as promised. As for set up and ease of use it was way easier than other products I have used. Specially, the video tutorial was particularly helpful. As an added bonus I was happy to know the company retains records of combinations and key codes if for some reason I lost mine.

Very easy to set up an install. Very simple directions on how to anchor the safe to the floor. Beware though, you will need a Masonary drill bit to drill into the cement of the floor as well as a good bit to drill through the metal on the bottom of the safe.

The only feature I do not like is the feel of locking the safe.  It does not feel like a solid lock, I find myself raising the handle to ensure it is locked.  The other concern is there should be a way to illuminate the combination keys before pressing the keys to open.  Besides that it appears it will do the job.

We upgraded to a newer model. Our old safe is very similar but the handle became defective and wouldn’t lock anymore. I hope this new model is better. I like the fact we can reuse the previous locking shelf boxes. The handle on the new safe seems a little weak.

The handle on this safe is plastic. I’m pretty sure it is stripped - since I cannot open the door. Consequently, the contents are secure - from everyone including me. Wasted my money - since I will probably have to have it drilled to get inside NOT HAPPY!!

A nice, roomy safe for home/office. It’s solid and works well. The raised push buttons are so much better than SentrySafe’s prior version with smooth touch pad which was pretty, but problematic. Only issue we had was the first one received was damaged on top front. Sam’s club was great at getting a new one sent and the damaged one picked up. Sam’s was accomodating. The second one also has a small dent but on back corner, so we kept it, thus the 4 stars.
