Like the safe but really wanted the GRC model. When I called I was told you stopped making it. Too bad. Had to pay an additional $60 to get the shelf I wanted to begin with when the GRC had what I wanted. Why did you stop making / producing the GRC?

We've only just set it up but the positive to that was that you had good videos and it was very easy. It's a nice size and when we took out the file holder we gained a lot of space to put in 2 "quick exit" back packs filled with important documents etc BUT REALLY--YOU SHOULD ASK FOR A REVIEW A FEW MONTHS NOT A FEW DAYS AFTER GETTING THE SAFE. I can only give a quality rating after a couple days with it.

We'd been looking for a good quality safe. Big enough for important papers, some jewelry and a few other things. This was better than expected, it has an LED light on the inside, a drawer and plastic file that both are adjustable, we did NOT expect that! Very easy to set up with our code to get in and the price was better than much smaller ones we were looking at. Oh and if your safe is in a fire, with proper registration they will replace it for free. We could not be happier. MT and BF Memphis, TN

The size of this safe along with the water and fire resistant features make this the perfect safe for our home. For years we have paid high annual rental fees for a safety deposit box at our bank that only has 1/3 of the space available in this safe. This safe will pay for itself in less than 5 years after canceling our safe deposit box. Its strong and sturdy appearance along with a digital combination that allows us to set our own entry code makes this right choice for our family.

Decided on the 205 series because of its size and fire rating. The Sentry water proof feature is not applicable if you need to anchor the safe to the floor. The minute you drill the holes for the anchor bolts it is no longer water tight. Definitely a no brainer, but this fact is not clear until the buyer actually reads the manual and instructions for anchoring.

I love this safe because it fits perfectly in my closet. When it arrived, I like the way the box was designed, because I was able to get it out and set it up by myself without needing any help. It was reassuring to know that the product has been tested and is fire proof and water proof.

I Absolutely Love this Safe for Many Reasons. The Obvious Three being the fact that it is Fire, Water & Burglar, Proof. Beside those three, two of the Main Reasons I bought this style Safe is that it has a file drawer, like in a file cabinet, so I can keep my files Safe (in case of a fire) and Orderly at the same time, and a shelf to lay important papers on. The last two reasons is because it has a Digital and Key Lock which makes it easier to remember the combination and it has a light on the inside of the door.

I like this safe because of the ease in setting the codes and its compact. Fits in an area about 19" wide by 24" high by 19" deep. It feels durable and has enough weight to feel substantial. It's rated for fire and water. My safe came with a deep well compartment and a shallow tray. There are available slots to add 4 or 5 more shallow trays. I'll add another shallow tray for better document organization.

Bought this safe at a very reasonable price! I wanted a safe for my important documents, i.e. trust, birth / death certificates, passports, etc... Most important to me is a safe that is reasonably secure, mainly a deterrent to theft. The fire and water features are a big plus. Its fairly heavy, which I like, again a theft deterrent and hardware to bolt it down is included. Pros: Value - fair level of security - fire & water features - electronic keypad (easy to program) and second level of security keys. Cons: Latch handle feels a bit cheap, I hope it lasts - takes a bit of force to open and close handle, due to seal - need to replace anti-humidity packs every 6-months to prevent mildew in safe. Summary: I recommend this safe for anyone who wants entry level security and fire and water proofing. I would not recommend this safe if your looking for a high level of security.
