I do not like soft cheese, so this one satisfies all my reqs: rich in taste, not so soft, not salty, ideal for breakfast and even wine tasting.

After my Sam's stopped selling aged Vermont cheddar, I decided to try this. I love English cheese so I thought this would be good. The mint in it horrible.

Ballyshannon cheese is always the first to disappear from cheese trays at our house. Dubliner does not compare at all. Ballyshannon literally melts in your mouth it is so creamy and delicious. I hope you'll bring Ballyshannon back.

Didn't like this cheese at all. It almost has a rank like spoiled milk taste.

This was being sampled at my local Sam's. It's delicious!!! Finished half of it in one day.

Hated this cheese. Ballyshannon was awesome, but this one is definitely not. Please get Ballyshannon again!

I don’t think I ever checked out of a Sam’s without a block of Dubliner cheese and a gallon of Tropicana orange juice. So sad.

We love this cheese. My husband is severely dairy sensitive but he can eat this cheese in moderation.
