This used to be a good mature tasting cheese. Haven't had it for several years so picked up a block. Not the same cheese anymore. Completely tasteless and texture was like rubber. Never again.

I love kerry gold but this one is not for me. For me this had no flavor & the driest cheese I've ever had. I think I expected a rich flavor but not there. So dry. I love cheese tho

This cheese has the best flavor. It's somewhere between aged parmesan and white cheddar. It also makes a great keto-vore cracker. One slice with your favorite spices on it in the microwave for a minute and a half. Wow!
