I bought this for a healthier option. I got 2 of them. It is the worst cheese I've ever had. I'm so confused about the good reviews because it is tasteless, super dry, and hard as a brick. It reminds me of real Parmesan but without any flavor. Very disappointed and will never buy it again.

I love kerry gold but this one is not for me. For me this had no flavor & the driest cheese I've ever had. I think I expected a rich flavor but not there. So dry. I love cheese tho

This used to be a good mature tasting cheese. Haven't had it for several years so picked up a block. Not the same cheese anymore. Completely tasteless and texture was like rubber. Never again.
