I bought this for a healthier option. I got 2 of them. It is the worst cheese I've ever had. I'm so confused about the good reviews because it is tasteless, super dry, and hard as a brick. It reminds me of real Parmesan but without any flavor. Very disappointed and will never buy it again.

This cheese is a tasty and sharp cheddar.

If you like an aged cheese this is delicious!
