This cheese is delicious ! We eat it sliced and served cold or at room temp - always just so good. We sometimes melt it on top of crackers - that's amazing. And I also use it to make cheese sauces (partly this cheese and partly some sharp cheddar). The flavor of this Dubliner Cheese is wonderful, and the texture is nice. I will continue to buy.

A stronger parmesan cheddar hybrid tasting cheese. More parmesan than cheddar. I use it for cheesy bicsuits and pizza. I recommend it.

We LOVE Kerrygold and we always have their butter and cheese on hand. Whether to top a salad, add to an omlette, top a pizza, melt to over nachos, cut a plank and eat as a snack with nuts and fruit... We make a trip to the shop if we run out.

We bought it by mistake and it was the best mistake we ever made. This cheese is unbelievable. We only thought their butter was good, but this stuff is unbelievable. So healthy so natural… Unbelievably good

This is such an amazing cheese. Sharp and creamy in taste and texture. A little does go a long way. Add a bit for the Mac n cheese this year. You won't regret it. Kerry always brings on the best of the best.

We were introduced to this by a daughter-in-law when she made her version of Eggs Benedict. This cheese makes all the difference. She also uses real bacon instead of Canadian bacon.

This cheese is from milk produced by cows living the good life without hormones or antibiotics on the lovely green pastures of Ireland. You can almost taste the misty mornings and the slower, more natural pace of life. It pairs perfectly with grapes, peaches or apple slices as well as multi seed crackers.

I thought it would be more like a mild cheddar or Havarti type texture... it's ok and I've eaten cheese like this off cheese boards and at parties but not really what I like. I still gave it 4 stars because maybe for what it's supposed to be, it's probably considered quality cheese. Too dry and crumbly for what I like in cheese...I'll stick with Havarti.

It’s not the brand or quality. I just hate Gouda and it’s to small on the label and I thought it was aged cheddar
